You can see the fireworks (in 5 locations at once) from your front porch on the 4th of July in Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, Falmouth, Mashpee and Hyannis. Total of seven bedrooms (4 of them have double beds and 3 of them have only one single bed).

    The location is second to none ! The private Beach is Spectacular, the House is everything Martha's Vineyard should be .

    This was a wonderful vacation. The house has an camp style charm. Completely secluded,
    with great views, and wonderful beach. I felt like i have spent a month on an uninhabited island.

    We have rented this house for years and always look forward to our stays. It is the quintessential "Old School Chappy Summer House". This camp style house has it all - a private beach, swimming, and boating, not to mention steps away from the Royal and Ancient Chappaquiddick Links Golf Course (a public 9 hole par 3 course that can be played bare foot). You wake up to the early morning view of Edgartown Harbor and go to bed watching the sunset over the Matha's Vineyard. This is a great spot to spend time with your family, read a book and play games with your kids, while still only a short "Chappy Ferry" ride away from Edgartown. show more show less

    Absolutely quintessential Cape Cod. A step back in time filled with tranquility. Morning coffee on the porch watching the birds and boats beginning to stir lead to magnificent evening sunsets that take your breathe away. Days in the sun are Heaven on Earth with 200 feet of private beach on one side and 9 holes of golf on the other. It seems as if you are somehow closer to the stars at night.

    This property has been owned by the same family since that land was staked out and the house was built over 100 years ago, lots of history of family gatherings, cherished memories and fun that is close to the heart all the family members.

    The scenic and peaceful views of the Martha's Vineyard Sound from the front porch, all the rooms in the house and the yard.
