The upper level consists of two bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds, the other with one full size bed. There is also a half bathroom and small office with a futon sofa.

The upper deck (with the most amazing views) is accessed from the office room.

Walk to the nearby ocean beach (.5 miles), or the calm waters and sandy shores of Katama Bay (less than 200 yards). The perfect home to relax and unwind after sunbathing. swimming, boating, hiking, biking, and shellfishing.
