This property is an outstanding place to stay for a number of reasons. Its location is spectacular, with a short stroll to the beach (one block) or the center of Oak Bluffs. The house is comfy and roomy, with a nice wrap-a-round porch. Parking is easy, which is unusual in this neighborhood. We highly recommend this location.

My first stay in Oak Bluffs was in 1958, staying at "Mrs. O'Brian's" on Circuit Avenue. Since then my family has grown and we have stayed at various houses which we found suitable...including a former B & B on Pequot and two other homes all in Oak Bluffs. But this year we were able to find a Charming house on the week that we wanted. The furniture and furnishings were so accommodating, and the outdoor shower was an added dimension. We were so happy with this house which was so convenient and cozy as well as charming. Our family thoroughly enjoyed themselves and left with a sense of "Hopefully this can be our new "Summer Home." If one is looking to spend some time on Martha's Vineyard, you should choose this home, but not on our week. : ) You're gonna love it!.

Four generations (18 months- 89 years ) made priceless memories this summer at this spacious home! Amenities include an expansive wrap around porch, on- site parking, an outdoor shower and friendly neighbors.....all within walking distance of the beach, Ocean Park and the harborfront! We will be back next summer....our highest endorsement!

Had another great time in this wonderful house. We have rented it annually for an autumn weekend for nearly 25 years. It has the perfect location for shopping, beaches, public transportation, walking, biking, you name it! Just hanging out on the front porch watching the world go by is heaven.

I'm writing on behalf of my family and mother Beverly. This is our 2nd year vacationing at Rosemary's house with my family. My mother Beverly loves the house and location. She can get to where she wants in walking distance, and that's wonderful, for she is 79 . My son and wife and my granddaughter love that we can all be together yet have enough space for everyone without bumping into each other. We have stayed at different locations on the Island but Rosemary's is our favorite. Hope to keep going for many years to come.

We rented this house for a girls weekend and we all had a great time. The house was perfect for our large group and we couldn't have asked for a better location. Rosemary, you were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you, and hopefully we'll be back soon!!

We gathered to celebrate a graduation from MIT and a high school. Great time in this wonderful house.

Two families. Kids Loved it; adults loved it. Hated to leave. Very comfortable and warm home.
