Our seven room home sits nestled on an acre of land in Oak Bluffs. This year-round home features a lovely "farmers porch," three bedrooms (a queen bed in the master bedroom, a double and three twins in the other two bedrooms), two bathes, a cozy living room, a family room with dining area overlooking the pine studded yard, a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer and an outdoor shower.

We are conveniently located 2 miles from the Vineyard Haven ferry, l mile from the Oak Bluffs ferry, 1/4 of mile from Eastville Beach, and approximately one mile from famous Circuit Avenue where you can enjoy wonderful shopping, great restaurants and harbor strolls. During summer season (June-September) renters will have access to beautiful Aquinnah/ Lobsterville beaches.

    My family (6 of us) had a wonderful week staying here! Plenty of room to both gather and have our own quiet time to read/contemplate/snooze. The kitchen has everything you need, the outdoor shower was great, and we all appreciated the books and games for those rainy times (especially the MV Monopoly)!!
    Lots of adorable wildlife in the spacious and private backyard— Big family of wild turkeys with babies Was our favorite!

    Vintage Cozy

    A warm feeling when you enter this home with vintage, Vineyard charm. A great backyard for a barbecue and for guests to park, also an easy walk to downtown Oak Bluffs. The home is large enough for 6-8 people to enjoy and not get in each other's way with front patio and backyard. Make sure you take an outdoor shower if you stay here - it will make you happy. Also, the owners of the home are lovely.
