House was extremely clean, nicely updated, and large enough to fit 2 families with 4 kids (3 teenagers). The location is perfect to either walk or drive into town. Owners were easy to reach and responsive. We hope to stay here again. I highly recommend this renal if you are looking for a great place in OB.

We couldn't have asked for a better rental week! The house was absolutely wonderful, airy, clean and in an excellent location. The owners were always available to answer any questions we had about the lease, they provided us with the Ferry schedule when it became available, activities in the area and a list of restaurants. We can't say enough good things about My Peace of Pie! Avis and Ernest you are the best.

We've been coming to the Vineyard for years. We have rented a number of homes in a number of locations. I must say this was one of the best. The location was great, close to everything for us.

The accommodations were just right for my wife and I, my son and daughter in law and my three grandchildren. We always do two weeks. One with the family and one with friends. Was disappointed we couldn't get both weeks at this house. Hope to still be back here for the first week with the grandkids anyway.

We enjoyed an amazing week at MV Piece of Pie. Martha's Vineyard is a gorgeous place to be, and this home had everything we needed for our stay. It is well kept, super organized, and well appointed. Avis was communicative and responsive to us preceding our stay, and we didn't want for anything.

The house is conveniently located. I enjoyed walking to town in the mornings to take the Polar Bear plunge in the Inkwell! Driving the kids to take a jump from Jaws Bridge on the way to farm camp and South Beach was easy as can be.

Mornings and evenings spent sitting on one of the 3 outdoor seating areas (rocking chairs on front porch; screened in front porch; or backyard deck), and playing board games with the kids was time well spent.

I would highly recommend staying here (but don't want to recommend TOO highly because I want to book again).

We have been vacationing on MV but this is our first year renting from Avis and Ernest. The homeowners were very responsive before, during and after our trip to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay.

What can I say about the house, WOW! Very modern, clean and well equipped. We are 2 families of 8 total and had ample room to spread out. The home is walkable to Circuit Ave and all the stores and restaurants offered there. We would definitely recommend this home for your next vacation.

We love everything about this house. It is so comfy-and beautiful! My favorite part is the porch- I sat outside one day for hours! Everything you need to have a great visit on MV there. The homeowners are very attentive to any needs we had.

My family of 6 had been renting the same property in Oak Bluffs for years. This summer we rented this property and could not have been more satisfied. The size, cleanliness and care is unmatched. We can't wait for our stay next summer!

This is the second time that we have rented this home for our annual family MV vacation. It is the perfect home for a family or multiple couple rental as it is spacious and on a quiet little road perfect if you have younger children. It is extremely well kept and clean and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

We love the location close to downtown OB or VH but on a private enough road for our children to play outside and enjoy morning coffee or evenings on one of the two deck areas.

Highly recommended this property and looking forward to next summer already!

This home is a great place to spend a vacation. We have been going there for the past three years and have already booked for next year. There is a nice yard, deck, screened in porch and a great TV area. The kitchen is well supplied and there is a grill. The outdoor shower is nice and the three full bathrooms are great too. The home is a beautiful place to spend a vacation, very restful and comfortable. Lots of places for five adults to relax. It is close to Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven but in a quiet neighborhood. Can't wait to return.

My family of 5 spent a week at this beautiful home in July 2019. We had a couple of visitors throughout the week and the house was plenty big enough for everyone. Fully equipped kitchen and the en suite master bed/bath was a huge plus!! Location was great. We rode our bikes to downtown Oak Bluffs every day. The ride back is a bit uphill but nothing we couldn't handle. Nice back deck and grill for the nights we stayed in for dinner. I highly recommend this property!

This was our 5th year at MV Peace of Pie and it never disappoints! There is a great backyard for lawn games and a huge picnic table for cook outs. The house is clean, tastefully updated and it has ample bedrooms (and bedding) for our family and guests. We love playing Apples to Apples or doing our yearly jigsaw puzzle at the huge dinning room table. The living room sectional is great for a family movie night, and when you want a place to hide from the teenager to read, there is a hidden den that can also be used as a 4th bedroom. The house is conveniently located between both ferries, walkable to OB center, and when we've been there (different weeks in August), the side street it is located on is very quiet, definitely have privacy from the neighbors. This was our first summer renting with Avis and Ernest, they honored our lease with the previous owner, they were easy to work with and they ensured we had whatever we needed while we were on the Island. Did I mention the laundry room, what's better than packing up clean clothes to go home! We will miss our home away from home!

I have been going to the Vineyard since I was a child. Now I take my family and have been renting for the past 15 years. This rental is a true gem and is situated just minutes from Oak Bluffs. Very clean, spacious and recently updated. I would highly recommend this rental to other families!

First time renting at this location. House was in amazing condition. The property is well appointed and spacious. It is a close walk to town and in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!!!
