The new cedar outdoor shower is proving to be a ''hit'' with guests. There is a fully enclosed backyard and your well-behaved dog is welcome to join in on the family vacation. (please speak with Christine for details)

Located in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to all the excitement that is downtown Oak Bluffs! Stroll the Harbor and enjoy the shops, restaurants, Flying Horses Carousel, brew pubs, and live music. Head to the beach for a swim, enjoy a picnic in Ocean Park or on the local fishing pier.

For your added convenience we offer quality linens and bath towels.
We also have beach chairs and umbrellas and a couple of coolers to help lighten your packing load.

    Above Expectations

    Christine was wonderful to work with from the beginning, very responsive and thorough on all questions/inquires. The house surpassed our expectations with an easy move in along with no issues encountered during our week stay. Beds were very comfortable and the AC performance was excellent as it was a very muggy week. The house had very up to date amenities included in the kitchen and bath areas. The beach chairs and umbrellas were in excellent shape as well. We had our dog with us and she had a great time as well, it proved to be a very friendly, safe environment for her. The walk to Oak Bluffs was welcome and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, would recommend to anyone looking for a Vineyard getaway. show more show less

    Our Families Second Great Rental in Oak Bluffs!

    The combination of a great pet friendly home, easy walk to town, air conditioning and plenty of sleeping capacity has made this home a go to Martha's Vineyard summer rental for our family and our dogs Moose and Mickey for two years and more to come!
    Home owner Christine is caring and accommodating and has stocked the house with linens, beach toys, umbrellas and beach chairs. We love the outside shower along with decks front and back that encourage great family time for meals and late into the night! This home is a great, pet friendly Oak Bluffs Summer rental!!! show more show less

    Wonderful place to enjoy the Vineyard!

    This house is in an excellent location - very close to the town of Oak Bluffs and to some wonderful beaches. The house is spacious and well equipped - it had everything we needed. We had wonderful dinners on the large patio and the kids enjoyed playing in the yard. We would love to return!

    Such a great house for our vacation!! Christine was so helpful and always available for for any questions or communication. House was perfect for our stay, clean, comfortable, and had everything we could have needed.
