I have rented this house the last 3 September's, 2019,2020,2021, and plan to rent this September as well. I love this place! It is a great house in a very quiet neighborhood. You can walk to town, the beach, & the ferry. It is big enough for 2 couples or a family. It has everything you need in the kitchen, including a blender & a grill on the deck. Plenty of sheets, towels, and beach chairs. There is a nice porch, where we eat most of our meals, washer & dryer, and an outside shower! We were pleasantly surprised at this cottage. It's a super quick 10 minute walk to the center of Oak Bluffs. It's close enough to walk to all the shops and beach, but still set far enough away to have that private beach rental experience. The house was very clean and orderly. This cottage was very roomy and comfortable to stay in. Some amenities included were a full kitchen, grill washer/dryer, dishwasher, clean sheets and towels, a hair dryer and iron. This rental also had some family friendly board games to keep us occupied during one rainy day. The master bedroom was the best, with the private porch attached to it. We enjoyed a cup of coffee every morning on this porch. I recommend everyone to stay here! show more show less

I am writing about our experience renting 7 Gorham Ave. in Oak Bluffs. I give this cottage my highest recommendation. I have stayed there with my family for the last two summers and hope to return next summer. The cottage and location are exceptional. A five minute walk to Oak Bluff’s harbor and all the restaurants and shops right there for you. The cottage itself is great with four bedrooms, two full baths, outdoor shower and washer and dryer. We also cooked and grilled some of our meals which we ate on the screened in porch. The cottage is very clean and has all the amenities and Lisa is great to deal with. If you are looking to stay on the Vineyard this is the place to be. George show more show less
