Our home away from home! We love the Vineyard and have made our home a cozy place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. Located close to Oak Bluffs Marina and walkable to the Copeland Arts District and Gingerbread Cottages, the house sleeps a max of 8 guests.

Fully equipped kitchen and electric grill. There is 1 bedroom on the first floor and 3 on the 2nd Level, 2 full baths, and a finished basement with TV. Amenities include cable TV and Internet, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and A/C window units. Enjoy morning coffee in the sunroom or on the deck. There is parking for up to 3 cars. Enjoy showers and clean up after the beach with the outside shower. The front porch is relaxing and a great way to catch a nice breeze while reading a book or magazine.

Quiet and located close enough to town, but also far enough away to have a relaxing time!

Girlfriend Getaway

My family has been coming to the Vineyard for years, but my friends have never been. This week-long stay during the AA Film Festival was amazing. The house was everything we needed: cozy, comfortable, and convenient. We ate, laughed, swam, and sunbathed. The outdoor shower was a hit! The neighborhood is quiet and only a 15 min walk to the beach. We ordered linens and towels from the airport rental and that made everything easier. All of my friends want to visit again next summer, but they can’t have my week! show more show less

Thanks for the feedback and I will look at replacing the grill...we do an update of things to add to the house yearly! Last year it was the addition of a hammock and lounge furniture for the deck. We want to continue to make the house comfortable and inviting for all :)

Clean and charming!!!

We stayed at Leigh’s Sunscape off and on the third week in August for the past 10 years. Excellent location and residence at the top of a cul-de-sac, very quiet, and is a convenient location to all areas on the island. You can walk or bike to Circuit Ave and the beaches.

Everything inside and out was immaculate. The whole house is very clean and comfortable and fully furnished. Nice size bedrooms with window AC and ceiling fans, sunroom and plenty of space 8 individuals. Nice furnished deck with gas grill and front porch. Great outdoor shower, modern appliances -the well-equipped kitchen. All amenities needed are available.

Great place to spend a week on the Vineyard. Thanks for the opportunity to rent this home. Would rent again and again. We loved it.
