Our home away from home! We love the Vineyard and have made our home a cozy place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. Located close to Oak Bluffs Marina and walkable to the Copeland Arts District and Gingerbread Cottages, the house sleeps a max of 8 guests.

Fully equipped kitchen with a charcoal grill on the deck. There is 1 bedroom on the first floor and 3 on the 2nd Level, 2 full baths, and a finished basement with TV. Amenities include SMART TVs and Internet, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and portable A/C units in each bedroom. Enjoy morning coffee in the sunroom or on the deck. There is parking for up to 3 cars. Enjoy showers and clean up after the beach with the outside shower. The front porch is relaxing and a great way to catch a nice breeze while reading a book or magazine.

    Lovely, cozy home with a beautiful yard plus parking in a perfect location. Easy walk to Circuit Avenue and beach. The house has a very nice layout and is nicely furnished. Plenty of room, there were 5 of us and the home easily would accommodate 8. We opted to eat out but the kitchen is well appointed with everything you need.

    The homeowner is very meticulous, everything was spotless and organized.

    There's a nice, small grocery nearby with a great deli. A perfect house and I would happily rent there again! show more show less

    A must stay!

    Susan's place was the perfect vacation home for our family vacation. The communication was excellent and she gave us a lot of pointers about places to go and things to do on the island. The deck and porch were perfect for lounging and watching our toddler run around. The home accommodations were so cozy and warm. It was so hard to say goodbye. Plenty of space and super clean!

    We loved being right in Oak Bluffs with quick access to restaurants and shopping. Inkwell beach and the playground for our toddler are close by as well. I would highly recommend! We can't wait to go back next year:) show more show less

    My family has been coming to the Vineyard for years, but my friends have never been. This week-long stay during the AA Film Festival was amazing. The house was everything we needed: cozy, comfortable, and convenient. We ate, laughed, swam, and sunbathed. The outdoor shower was a hit! The neighborhood is quiet and only a 15 min walk to the beach. We ordered linens and towels from the airport rental and that made everything easier. All of my friends want to visit again next summer, but they can’t have my week! show more show less

    Clean and charming!!!

    We stayed at Leigh’s Sunscape off and on the third week in August for the past 10 years. Excellent location and residence at the top of a cul-de-sac, very quiet, and is a convenient location to all areas on the island. You can walk or bike to Circuit Ave and the beaches.

    Everything inside and out was immaculate. The whole house is very clean and comfortable and fully furnished. Nice size bedrooms with window AC and ceiling fans, sunroom and plenty of space 8 individuals. Nice furnished deck with gas grill and front porch. Great outdoor shower, modern appliances -the well-equipped kitchen. All amenities needed are available.

    Great place to spend a week on the Vineyard. Thanks for the opportunity to rent this home. Would rent again and again. We loved it.
