This is a very accommodating house. It was the perfect space for the 7 of us. Great relaxation spaces and gathering spaces for all. The bikes were an added treat. The only part I would change is the ability to rent through Sunday.

This was a great house for our multi-family groups! plenty of space and plenty of dining options...the outdoor shower is AWESOME, as is the screened in porch. The Central A/C worked GREAT!!! It didn't affect our stay but it is a bit of a hike down to the beach/oak bluffs town- our little ones couldn't make the trek...but we're used to driving on the Vineyard so it didn't bother us 1 bit! It was nice to be able to walk to the lighthouse for sunsets and walk the bluff in the AM- great quiet, friendly neighborhood

The home was absolutely perfect for our 2 families of 4 each. The location was an easy 12 min walk into the town of Oak Bluffs and a short 5 min drive to Vineyard Haven. The home is perfect New England charm at it's best (modern conveniences + New England charm in one!). The kitchen is very well stocked with all that a visiting group would ever need. It is also very spacious and open which worked wonderfully for our usual M.O. of too many cooks in the kitchen ;) The additional amenities were great. We made use of the 4 bicycles, cornhole boards and ample amount of beach toys that have graciously been offered with the house. We added to the offerings and left a clam rake we purchased should future visitors care to catch their clam dinner in Katama Bay (highly recommend). The house had numerous board games and was well stocked with DVD's should you have a rainy night in. The screened porch was the favorite space. Lots of games played on the porch while enjoying the wonderful cross breezes. Jeff and Erin were the best of hosts. Their communications were timely, detailed and always on point. They provided a super detailed email of places, items, restaurants and POI which was so helpful. We plan to return!!!

Great space for a family. Celebrated my son's graduation with a quiet vacation on the Vineyard. Perfect walk to town. Loved the lighthouse...and the house was lovely. Great kitchen with everything you could need...loved the large round dining table for sharing meals and playing games. Large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms made it extra comfortable. For the last several years we’ve planned a MV long weekend with 6 of our closest friends. All of us in our late 40’s and some we’ll in to our 50’s. Our first 4 years we just couldn’t find a home that met all of our needs. 4 years ago we found this home and have been coming back year after year. This home, located In East Chop (Oak Bluffs) has it all. It’s very easy for 8 people to be comfortable. The first floor is beautiful with more than enough room. There are rooms that we didn’t use. The 3 season porch is a nice place to relax and enjoy a drink. The back yard is plenty big to sprawl out several chairs and just enjoy the sunshine and great conversation. The kitchen is loaded with all the amenities of home. The upstairs has more of the nostalgic MV charm. We all slept comfortably well in to the morning which is something most of us never have time to do. We enjoyed running/walking along the shoreline which is only a couple of houses away. We walked in to town several times a day and enjoyed the many shops and restaurants that Oak Bluffs has to offer. Jeff is a amazing host, answers all our questions and even left us a nice gift. I strongly recommend this home. What an amazing place and we will be coming back year after year. This Home is now part of a tradition amongst lifelong friends. See you next year!

Beautiful clean well maintained home with multiple open airy spots and nicely decorated rooms for everyone to enjoy. There was plenty of utensils and tools we used to cook. The owners were warm, friendly and beyond accommodating!! They went above and beyond our expectations! Just a 15 minute walk to dozens of restaurants, shops, public beach, other points of interest and close drive to ferry & many more sites and the location was perfect! Highly recommended for one and all! We'll be back again... and again... and again...

Our family immensely enjoyed this beautiful home. It was tucked away in the woods just enough to offer privacy, yet close enough to everything we needed. Walks along the Atlantic whether with our dog Swagger, or with family members were absolutely transformative! My children had easy access via bicycle to Circuit Avenue in Oak Bluffs which is imperative when you have a 13 year old and a 16 year old. We couldn't have asked for better.

We cannot say enough about the owners. They were wonderful to work with from beginning to end. They made the whole process of renting and staying someplace new enjoyable. They answered every question we had happily and quickly. They were the best! Their home has lots of wonderful history and charm. Although we were sightseeing in the crowds everyday coming back to the house was a welcome and peaceful time. We found the house to be large and comfortable. One of our favorite things to do was sit on the large screened in porch for drinks, appitizers and cards. It was a perfect vacation in a perfect setting. We recommend this home to others and hope to return someday.

This home accommodated 10 adults comfortably! The location was great to walk to the Harbor, town, Jetty beach and more. Erin and Jeff were the best to rent from and very accommodating. The house had everything you needed to cook in the kitchen. What you see on line is what you get which was very nice and clean. I would definitely rent this house again. We eight adults and three children (ages 1-2) found this home to be perfect for our needs. The location is excellent (a leisurely 15 minute walk down a gentle hill to a small, child-friendly beach, and 5 more minutes to the center of Oak Bluffs where the young ones enjoyed Flying Horses carousel, Cottage City, and beautiful Ocean Park), in a very quiet wooded neighborhood. The house itself was immaculate, charmingly and comfortably furnished, and has a light, airy feel with five upstairs bedrooms (the one double-bed room a bit small for 2 adults), ample bathrooms and an outdoor shower. There was plenty of space for the family to spread out and have communal time or quiet time as they chose. re: kids' stuff, the house has one pack n play bed so we brought other needed baby and toddler supplies such as a baby gate for the stairs and high chairs/booster seats. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, very well appointed (unlike most other rental properties whose kitchens seem to be supplied from tired tag sales!) and open to one of the two living rooms with a neat pass-through window to a great screen porch. Best of all were the friendly, supportive landlords who responded to questions via email or text within minutes. By far the best rental experience in our 30+ years of visits to MV - will definitely return for our next family dream vacation on this beautiful island. Thanks, Jeff and Erin!

I can't say enough about this home, we were 10 adults away for a long weekend had plenty of space and fully enjoyed all the amenities of the house especially the outdoor porches! Erin and Jeff were a pleasure to deal with and quickly responded to any of my questions. We were able To walk to town and to the beach no problem and having the bikes were an extra bonus! I will definitely be renting again!

We had a fabulous stay at the house! 10 of us were in town for a wedding. The house was very clean and there was plenty of room for everyone, with lots of common space and a great kitchen and dining area. The owners were super responsive to all my questions and easy to contact. We'll definitely stay here again if we go back to the Vineyard!

Jeff & Erin were a pleasure to rent from. They made the process easy and responded almost instantly to any questions I sent via email. Eight of us spent a weekend here for a local wedding but there was definitely room for ten. The house is adorable (spacious, quaint & comfy with a very large kitchen and living area). Showers were hot with great water pressure. There was a cute porch to sit on outside with a table and chairs. It was convenient to downtown and there were four bikes available for us to use. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely rent from them again in the future!
