This exquisite family home with 2-zone central A/C and its beautiful inground, saltwater heated pool with pebble tech finish is set in a superbly convenient and quiet location. The property is located close enough for easy access to convivial downtown Oak Bluffs and beaches, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.

Well-maintained and lovingly furnished for both style and superlative comfort this large two-story, classic gambrel Cape Cod style home offers 4 Bedrooms w/ceiling fans, 2 w/smart HDTVs. There are 2 living rooms, 3 full baths (2 are en-suite) and a general household ½ bath as well as a covered front porch w/cushioned rocking chairs on one side and cushioned white wicker seating at the other.

The expansive great room has a fully-equipped kitchen open to the dining area seating 8 and 1 of the home's 2 comfortably furnished living rooms w/1 of the home's 4 HDTVs. Two sets of French doors open to the 2nd inviting living room with 2 sofas, a table desk, and a 48’’ HDTV. The ½ bath for general household use is located off the hallway leading from this living room to the master bedroom wing. The large and privately set master bedroom has a walk-in closet, king bed, an HDTV, and an en-suite private bath with a Jacuzzi tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower w/ a bench, a dual sink vanity, and a commode area w/a door for privacy .

The 2nd floor includes a comfortably furnished sitting area w/2 loveseats located at the top of the stairs, 3 bedrooms, and two full baths. Two of the BRs have king beds and sofas, the 3rd BR has two double beds and an HDTV.
All 3 BRs have ceiling fans and spacious 2-sink vanities. One of the 2 king bedrooms has an abutting full bath with a glass-enclosed shower and a dual sink vanity. The 2nd king BR and the BR w/2 double beds share a full Jack 'n Jill bath with a tub/shower combo and a dual sink vanity.
There are 3 entrances to the BR w/the 2 double beds, 2 from this king BR via the shared walk-through closet or the Jack n Jill full BA, the 3rd from the 2-double BR's private hallway. .

The outdoor spaces of this home truly set it apart from others with its entirely fenced and private backyard, inground saltwater heated pool, and furnished poolside cabana w/ceiling fans and Sirius XM speakers. For your comfortable enjoyment the saltwater pool is set at a 82 degrees during the summer and shoulder seasons!

An extensive bluestone patio w/loungers and large umbrellas surrounds the backyard pool. The fully privacy-fenced pool, poolside loungers, furnished poolside cabana, slate patio dining area, and the home’s spacious interior all offer supremely comfortable choices for your vacation enjoyment.

The large bluestone patio surrounding the pool has lounge chairs and Kingsley-Bate teak pool furniture for relaxing and sunning, Abutting the pool area's bluestone patio and yard is a slate patio w/ 2 dining tables w/umbrellas each seating 6 and a stainless gas grill. The covered and welcoming front porch w/its 4 cushioned rockers on one end and all-weather wicker chairs on the other offers 2 additional enticing spaces.

Readily accessed from both the front and back yards the enclosed outdoor shower with its separate changing area encourages outside showering anytime day or night as well as easily rinsing off your beach toys and boating gear at the end of your fun-filled day. The laundry room's entry around the corner on that end of the house provides another welcome benefit.
The back and front yards' (bee safe) Dynatraps keep the property almost entirely mosquito free and mature hydrangeas, rose of sharons, and other plantings surrounding the pool courtyard and dining/grilling area provide you visual pleasure and enhanced seclusion while enjoying your private paradise.

The pool is set at 82 degrees and arrangements must be made with the rental agent to alter the temperature. The tenant will be responsible for any additional charge during their requested dates of the change of temperature per the propane company's invoice.

All bed linens, comforters, and pillows are provided. Personal towels, pool & beach towels, and 8 beach chairs are also provided.

The Oak Bluffs elementary school is just a 3 minute walk from the house and when the school is closed during the summer the school's playground and tennis/pickleball court remain open. The 74 acre Tradewind Preserve's walking and jogging trails are a 4 minute walk along a shaded sidewalk. To access the Island's paved and extensive network of bike and jogging paths and the Island-wide public bus routes entails a 2-minute bike ride or short stroll. Oak Bluffs' public baseball field, tennis courts, basketball courts, and pickleball courts are w/in 1/2 mile.

The Martha’s Vineyard Campground Association's pedestrian walkways and lanes ambling among colorfully painted Victorian gingerbread cottages are equally accessible. Both the Inkwell and Eastville Beach are w/in comfortable walking and biking distance as are the Art District’s inviting shops and galleries and Circuit Ave, Oak Bluffs' ''main street''. Waterview Ocean Park and Oak Bluffs' waterside boardwalks, boat docks, unique shops, and restaurants are picturebook destinations just a 3 minute stroll from Circuit Ave.

Bordering Oak Bluffs' town center and overlooking Nantucket Sound, Ocean Park is one of the most inviting spots on the island w/its welcoming benches and stately Victorian homes overlooking the park's groomed grounds and gardens and gazebo bandstand's live music events.

As the property is only 4/10 of a mile from the renown Farm Neck Golf Club everyone welcomes the close proximity to its golf shop and inviting restaurant serving delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners both inside and on the patio overlooking the greens. Both the restaurant and golf shop are open to the public and golfers will be especially pleased to learn that calling the morning ahead often rewards you with available tee times!
