Cottage is in a quiet area with a short walk to the beach and a short bike ride or four minute drive to Oak Bluffs, and fie minutes from Vineyard Haven. Two bedrooms with queen beds, and one bedroom with bunk beds and a single. Bedrooms have A/C units. Bedrooms and bath have been recently renovated. There is also a full kitchen, dining area and living room, deck with grill, driveway, washer/dryer in basement, Wifi and cable TV. Backyard with hammock. Bed linens and towels not included, but available for rental and delivery from island linen rentals.

Our family has been spending summer vacations on the Vineyard since 1980, when my parents purchased a house on Pequot Ave, Oak Bluffs. After they retired and sold their house, my husband and I looked for something we could buy so our children could experience all the wonderful places on the Vineyard that I did. Now the kids are older and we rent the house since they are busy being young adults! We still visit off season as often as we can on weekends-the island is ever beautiful!

We chose this property for the quiet neighborhood and proximity to the beach. We also wanted our kids to be able to ride bikes into town. We love walking to the end of the road and down the path to the beach to watch the sunset over the Lagoon.
