I risk having people flock here by declaring just how spectacular this home truly is. The owner, Celia, is a true gem of a human being and extended herself beyond what I have experienced in my visits to my happy place. I am a germaphobe but I did not have to clean any of the surfaces in the house prior to using them. The house was perfectly spotless and had all of the touches I liked when I first saw it online. All of us had comfortable spaces, clean rooms and lots of places to gather to play eat and talk about how to solve the cares of the world. I will check her space first for our next visit. I hope to see Celia when I visit so we can finally toast to hosting our friends!

I have been vacationing on the Vineyard for over 35 years and this house is without a doubt one of the finest homes we have stayed. The inside is and well appointed with everything you need including a coffee maker with grinder. As great as the inside is, the outside is even better! We have never had as many different social areas as this home has! The screened porch and the patio were my favorite. If you are lucky enough rent this property, don't pass it up!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely vacation home last week. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior was tastefully decorated, reflecting the island's coastal charm. It was clear that the owners put a lot of thought into making the space comfortable and welcoming.
First and foremost, the location was absolutely perfect. Nestled in the heart of Oak Bluffs you can walk almost anywhere including restaurants ( Linda Jean, Fish bones, Nancy's, Biscuits, and the Back Door for donuts, etc), shopping on Circuit Ave, the pier, Gingerbread Houses, the Ferry, beaches and more, all within a mile distance.
The convenience factor alone made this vacation home an outstanding choice for us. The amenities provided exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, and accessories. The living and dining areas were cozy and very comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Having a bedroom on the first floor with a full bath, plus 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs was ideal for our family.
One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor space. This vacation home has 3 separate outdoor spaces. A screened in porch, a relaxing spacious deck with a grill and a solar lit patio area.
From the moment we arrived until the day we left, our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. God willing, we will return next year !!!

It was a home away from home. All the amenities for entertaining. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The walk to downtown was less than 15 minutes. We would return to this home in the future.

Our stay at Property ID33370 was wonderful The house was immaculate, well maintained and updated. The house includes a lovely well furnished porch, an extra large deck, oversized outdoor shower and patio. We really enjoyed it! It has all the comforts of home, including a great kitchen! There is also a master suite and 4 additional bedrooms. How wonderful is that? What ,makes the house even greater, is that it's in walking distance to Circuit Ave., Beach Road, numerous restaurants,, the bakery, and many retail stores in the surrounding areas. Renters would not be disappointed. This house is a gem and so is the owner.

Clean, roomy, 5 bedroom home that immediately makes you feel right at home but yet on vacation. Home has a private feel and sits nicely in a cozy safe Oak Bluffs neighborhood within walking distance to the lighthouse, the harbor, ferry, beach including the inkwell or take a nice stroll on Circuit Ave for shopping and purchase some souvenirs, or food, groceries and entertainment—it's all there, conveniently located.

The home is very spacious an in perfect condition with some new updates both the interior and exterior. Interior with 2 master bedrooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs 1 with private bathrooms. The remaining bedrooms are super clean and roomy with bathroom access.

The kitchen, I simply fell in love, great flow with gas stove and oven, full size refrigerator, island to prep food with seating for 3 people, all other accessories such as coffee maker, blender/juicer, toaster oven and every size pan, pot, bakeware, collider and spices you need to prepare a meal, just like home. I was in heaven.

Now, off from the kitchen area is a table that seats 8 people and walk out access to an updated deck with a large table, 4 seats, solar powered umbrella that can provide lighting at night , 4 comfy chaise loungers, built in bench seating that surrounds the deck and a new gas grill.

The front living area is perfect! Enjoy a large area that includes a nice fireplace where you can sit and enjoy the warmth or watch tv that is conveniently mounted to view from the dual couches or twin seat which is nice to pull out a book for reading. Dual doors lead out from this room to the deck area as well.

This place checks all the boxes! We can't keep thinking about the time we had in Oak Bluffs, MV and looking forward to staying there again next year!

I have been renting this home for several years! It has everything you need. A spacious layout, eat in kitchen that's great for entertaining, and a lovely deck fully equipped with grill, large umbrella and comfortable lounge chairs. The house is located in a quiet area (right down the street from the library) and is a very easy walk to town.

The owner is very accommodating and attentive. I already have my rental booked for 2022!

Well stocked and well appointed home that always makes it easy to enjoy MV! Have stayed here a few times, and always love how tucked away and charming the home is, but still within walking distance of everything on Circuit Ave. There's a great grill and deck setup in the backyard, along with a kitchen and open living room layout that allows for a natural flow between rooms. Bedrooms are also very comfortable, with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach on hand for when you're ready to get moving. Can't recommend this home enough.

We have rented this home multiple times for our annual trip to the island. We love the comfortable indoor space, as well as the outdoor space. The kitchen allows for our entire family to share meals together after long days at the beach or downtown OB. The home is situated on a quiet side street yet close enough to walk to downtown OB which is a short walk through quiet neighborhoods.

The home is clean and comfortable. We can't wait to return!

The location was fantastic and the home was fabulous. We enjoyed our stay, and the homeowner was gracious and accommodating - they even went so far as to help us get items shipped to us that my daughter left behind.

I have stayed here during the peak of summer when the island is bustling & in early fall when the island is more quiet. It's a wonderful stay any time of the year! The location is very convenient and walking distance to Circuit Ave. The house is the perfect size to accommodate groups with enough room for everyone to spread out.

It does get hot on the vineyard so I always appreciate that this home has central air so you can cool down after a long day at the beach. We spend a lot of time on the deck which is equipped with a gas grill, umbrellas, lounge chairs etc.

Everything is always clean, well stocked and in order. The owners are also very nice and accommodating. Can't wait to return next year!!

My family and I have been going to the vineyard for generations. This is our favorite house so far! The house was very spacious, had everything you need including beach chairs, a gas grill, AC, W/D, and much more. The beds were comfortable and we spent most of our meals on the beautiful back deck! The umbrella was a huge plus, especially when it was sunny when we were eating breakfast.

The house is located in the perfect location; less than 10 minutes walk away from the gingerbread houses/circuit ave. This house is handicapped accessible which was perfect for my family member who had an injury. The house was very clean when we arrived and well maintained. The photos of the house are very accurate.

You won't regret staying in this beautiful house.

My family and I rented this spacious and beautiful Cape for a week and just enjoyed our time on the Vineyard. The location of the home is superb. It has that nice warm neighborhood feel. It's close to all area amenities. We walked to Circuit Avenue and Oaks Bluff Harbor pretty much everyday. The owners were very nice and accommodating.

We will be coming back.

Our annual girls trip to MV has been made possible due to this fantastic home we consistently have rented for over five years. The house is situated on a quiet street and a stone throw away from the center of Oak Bluffs (walkable to Circuit Ave or a quick drive to any surrounding areas like Vineyard Haven or Edgartown). The block is perfect if you like walks and close the marina and the beach.

The house itself is perfect for groups and families. It has plenty of space and extremely comfortable for all ages, and it is always stocked when we check in. The bedrooms are a good size, and it is very very clean. The large kitchen is perfect for cooking and there is also a grill and a nice patio to enjoy as well!

The homeowner is very accommodating, checks us in, and available if we need absolutely anything : ) We book annually and always looking forward to this trip.
