But with a sandy beach and beautiful water just steps away, you can add in a morning dip or an afternoon paddle to your everyday routine. The property includes two stand-up paddle boards, two single and one double kayak, boogie board, towable tube, clamming rake, beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. Additional kayaks, paddle boards, small sailboats, windsurfers are rentable—delivered to the house or across the Lagoon. <br /> <br /> Peaceful Lagoon View! VTA (bus) access right on County Road (a short couple of blocks away) and near the Vineyard bike path.
