Awesome place to stay. Had all the amenities that freed us up to enjoy our vacation even more. Cleansers, detergents, TP, etc. Close to Oak bluff and Vineyard Haven. It's located on the 13 bus line which makes it easy to get around. Throw your hand up and the bus stops right at the end of the street and drops you back off as well, at the same location. Very spacious, with games and books, etc. Truly a home away from home.

I have been vacationing on the vineyard for 18 years and this was an amazing stay on the vineyard this year, the owners were very welcoming easy to communicate with and the house was beautiful I thank them for allowing us to stay in their home with my family.

The Mack was close to Vineyard Haven, close to Oak Bluffs, close to grocery stores, close to bus routes, close to the ferry BUT is off the main road at the dead end of a side street that gives the perfect amount of privacy and feeling of being away from it all. The house had lots of space to spread out and the host provided lots of amenities from books and games to streaming and dinnerware

We used this time for relaxation, fun, and fellowship and The Mack House provided the comfort and style needed to accomplish all three. Enough space for everyone to find a place to call their own outside of their bedrooms. Centrally located to shopping in Oak Bluff and kayaking in Vineyard Haven. This was truly a place where family are friends and friends are family. We made lasting memories at your home!

I enjoyed the freedom offered to either be together as a family preparing and eating meals, playing in the living room and having the privacy of our own bedroom or one of four bathrooms.

My family and friends occupied both the Mack House and Mack Apartment. This is an idea family vacation setting. The outside area is spacious and setup for gathering around the fire pit or for cookouts. The wrap-around porch was ideal for entertaining visitors and just relaxing. The house is spacious and tastefully decorated with an ideal lower level bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The Mack Apartment provided additional space, with a bit more privacy and met the needs of our guests.

This was my second time (year) at The Mack House! The Eubanks and Mitchells are very warm and welcoming people who open their home for you to enjoy! I can sleep anywhere but, I slept like I was at home in this house. What you see in the photos is what you will see when you arrive. Clean, beautiful, relaxing, and a total reset for our group!

Central to everything. Grocery stores, Circuit Avenue shops and restaurants, the Marina, Black Dog Cafe. Visited the Inkwell, State, and South Beaches. Edgartown is always fun. Mad Max Catamaran cruise at sunset - great and Menemsha for sunset viewing - just wow!

Very nice spacious home that is within walking distance of breath taking views of the Ocean, restaurants, and shopping. It was perfect place for a family retreat and bonding that included activities like barbecuing, paint night, and Karaoke, to name a few. The home is very comfortable for together time as well as personal time. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Our April 2022 girlfriends trip to Martha's Vineyard was definitely enhanced by the accommodations provided by our rental of "The Mack". It was perfect for our group of 4 professional ladies who met in junior high school and have now known each other for 50 years. The charming Victorian had all of the necessary modern conveniences, enough space for us each to have our own bedroom and bathroom, and cozy spaces for us to gather together. Since it was the off season the prices were reasonable, the weather chilly, but not bad at all, and we loved not dealing with crowds. It was still too cold for the beach, but there were plenty of other things to do, and we found some really good places to eat. The homeowners were great to work with and we would definitely recommend it and possibly come back ourselves or separately with other friends and/or family members.

My family of 6 loved our stay at The Mack, and the owners went way above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered, helped us get ferry tickets, and helped us get a misplaced drivers license mailed to us after we left.

The house is spacious, parking easy, and my kids loved the little game area in the basement. The location is great for easily getting around via car or bike, but due to the lack of sidewalks into Oaks Bluff, it would be dangerous to have small children walking the busy road into town, even though the distance is not that far. Though we did walk the long route around on East Chop, and it was easy to get to from the house and more beautiful.

We needed to get away and "The Mack" was the perfect place to stay. The location was perfect, close enough to town that we could get there in minutes, but far enough away that we did not hear the sounds of the nightlife in town.

The house is deceptively spacious. There are enough get-away spaces that people could be in the house but still have privacy from others. The porches and balcony are to die for. A perfect respite to sit and quietly read or enough room for an intimate evening cocktail.

This house is a win-win with modern appliances. It is set back from the road so we never heard traffic, and it feels very private. There are ample bathrooms and the lower level has a huge apartment style suite. The kitchen is large and well lighted and the dining area is great. Lots of natural light, very well decorated. This house is amazing, I just wish we booked a longer stay.

The Mack is an enchanting holiday retreat, and we enjoyed it thoroughly! It's impossible not to be charmed by its classic Oak Bluffs design, wide porch and endless details. Inside the house is spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. There are numerous spaces to spread out in, everything works as expected and anything we needed in the kitchen and beyond had thoughtfully been provided. The house is in excellent condition and is clearly kept up very well.

The location is terrific - within easy biking distance of Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven and Edgartown - a perfect spot for exploring all the Vineyard has to offer. The house is on a peaceful dead end street and right near bike trails.

It's a very special place - highly recommend!
