We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Martha's Vineyard home.The pool was fantastic, and the view from the living room overlooking the water was truly breathtaking.The location was perfect and made it easy to enjoy everything the island has to offer. Our two toddlers had so much fun running in the yard and playing in the pool. The third bedroom was the perfect setup for them.

The home itself was beautifully decorated with a sophisticated nautical style that felt both elegant and incredibly comfortable. Every detail made the house feel special, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and have fun.Our entire family had such a memorable time.

Pascal and Kimberly were wonderful hosts — warm, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. They made the whole experience easy from start to finish

Our stay at this beautiful Oak Bluffs home was absolutely fantastic. The property exceeded our expectations for a second year in a row, with a gorgeous pool and cabana, a spacious outdoor patio, amazing views, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring high-end appliances. The two bathrooms were both generously sized, and the entire home felt comfortable, polished, and thoughtfully designed.

My friends and I are seasoned travelers with very discerning eyes, and we genuinely had no notes—everything was exceptional. This was the perfect home base for our Martha's Vineyard getaway, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this Martha's Vineyard home was exceptional. The house is beautifully designed with all the comforts of home while capturing the relaxed coastal charm of the island. The open kitchen, dining, and living room layout creates a warm, inviting space, and the breathtaking views of the lagoon make every moment feel special.

The tasteful nautical décor adds to the home's character, and every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the incredibly comfortable La-Z-Boy chair to the cozy reading nook, which quickly became one of my favorite spots to unwind.

The outdoor space is just as impressive. The pool, pool house, and multiple seating areas provide the perfect setting for relaxing, entertaining, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Whether sipping coffee in the morning, gathering with family in the evening, or lounging by the pool, this home offers something for everyone.

What truly set this experience apart was the hospitality of the owners, Kim and Pascal. They were incredibly responsive, attentive, and proactive throughout our stay, checking in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed while still giving us complete privacy. Their genuine care and commitment to ensuring we had a wonderful experience made us feel welcomed from start to finish.

This home combines comfort, style, stunning scenery, and exceptional hospitality. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect Martha's Vineyard getaway.

We spent two weeks in Kim and Pascal's wonderful home in Oak Bluffs. Excellent location to get to the center of town, as well as up island and many beaches. Pool was perfect size for our family after a hot day at the beach. House is very tastefully designed, newly renovated, and has everything you need including large table and beautiful sitting room overlooking Lagoon Pond with great sunsets. Plenty of thoughtful touches throughout from yoga mats and board games to cocktail accessories and variety of serving plates. The modern and spacious kitchen was fit for a chef. Can walk to small boat launch on the lagoon. We would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The house is beautiful and modern with a stunning view of the lagoon, which is a short walk away. The pool and outside area were a great place for my family to relax. The house was conveniently located and stocked with all the things we need. Kim and Pascal were great hosts. I highly recommend it!

My family and I can't say enough good things about this home. Our experience was a 10 out of 10! You can tell that the owners take great pride in their home with all the beautiful and thoughtful touches. Pascal and Kim met us upon arrival and made sure we knew where everything could be found and how some things worked. They were warm and friendly. I would return in a heartbeat.

My family visited Martha's Vineyard for the first time this summer and had the pleasure (no blessing) to stay at La Cabane. La Cabane is stunning. The pictures can't possibly do it justice. We are already looking forward to visiting again. Kim met us when we got there and assured us that she is only a phone call away. We didn't need that call because the home has everything you need and more. It was definitely peace perfected!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at La Cabane for a week in July this summer. I can say, without hesitation, it was the first time we've ever stayed in a rental – and we've stayed in dozens! – that did not just meet, but actually exceeded expectations, from a charm, cleanliness, and comfort perspective. The only downside is that you will leave wishing, deeply, that your life was as curated and uncluttered. The home is stunning, in case that wasn't clear – the kitchen was well appointed and brilliantly laid out (you can put every single dish away from the dishwasher without moving an inch, I could cry), the living space is cozy while being open, and with a simply stunning view. The primary bedroom is a great size and being at the back of the house, is perfectly cool and dark for sleeping. The landscaped yard was full of thriving hydrangeas our lovely host encouraged us to have as cut flowers inside. The pool area is outstanding, and it's surprisingly deep at points for a smaller pool. And the location is phenomenal for popping into either VH or OB in a flash. The hosts were kind, communicative and accommodating, anticipating a couple of our toddler's needs before they occurred to even us! Notes: the walkable beach at the end of the street is a very narrow strip of sand that's largely private, so if you're after a beach day, you'll probably head elsewhere. The two secondary bedrooms are quite small, just as pictured in the listing – we were a group of 3, so this was no problem for us, but may be for a larger group. We would have loved a king bed in the primary, but the queen in the room is very comfortable!

This property exceeded every expectation for my vacation with my 3 adult children. We don't get to see each other often because of them pursing higher education and I wanted a house with a beautiful kitchen and pool where I could cook and we could relax and enjoy each others company. It was beautifully decorated and had everything I could have possibly wanted. Kim and Pascal were amazing hosts and I hope to be back for years to come! Do yourself a favor and go to Le Cabane with your family!

We had a lovely stay at La Cabane! Kim and Pascal were the perfect hosts. From meeting us to tour the home when we arrived to checking on the pool after a rainstorm, they were very responsible and gracious hosts. The home was spotless and full of thoughtful details like cooking spices, great cooking utensils, binoculars for the view, and supplies like paper towels and ziplock bags. We did not use the kayak but used the beach chairs. The pool space was a favorite for the kids as was the window seat with the stunning views. I can't recommend this home more and look forward to visiting in the future. We loved it!

We had an enjoyable and serene stay at La Cabane! The home was exactly as described, and the hosts were nice, helpful and very easy to communicate with. The beautiful landscaping, heated pool, open floor plan, and view of Lagoon Pond were exactly what we needed for our stay. The location was great as well - only 5 mins from Circuit Avenue. Also close to the airport and the ferries. Would definitely stay at this property again and again!

The property was exactly as described. We were two families, each with a teenager. The pool and the surrounding area was comfortable and clean. The kitchen had every amenity listed and the quality was chef worthy. Both bathrooms were extremely clean, the towels and all linens were 5 star hotel quality. The decor and furnishings made this house very welcoming and a wonderful place to stay for a week. Pascal and Kim were very responsive leading up to and during our stay (requested a pool cleaning after whether).

A lovely home rented by a lovely couple. The view, pool, open floor plan, and decor was wonderful. Lots of attention to detail! We all enjoyed our visit!

La Cabane was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The main room has the most stunning view of the water. The outdoor hardscaping around the pool made for cozy and fun family time. We particularly loved the poolside cabana with a refrigerator and plasticware, and the outdoor bathroom. Complete zen and family fun, all in one. The hosts were also very responsive. One thing to note, packages delivered to the house will be held at the post office -- avoid sending anything there that may be time-sensitive.

Our family of four loved our stay at La Cabane. The house is perfectly decorated and the layout is very ideal. I invited my sister and niece to stay with us and we never felt crowded. Everything is spaced out so nicely. One evening we were able to catch the incredible sunset from the living room towards Lagoon Pond. The pool, cabana and pergola felt like our own little resort. The location was great and we were able to explore all the towns and even made our way onto Chappy. We took advantage of the kayaks and enjoyed them at Lagoon Pond, less than 5 minutes down the street. It was a really special week. We felt as ease (and at home) the minute we arrived. Kim and Pascal are wonder hosts and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

A great Two weeks at La Cabane, Again!

Another perfect two weeks at La Cabane. My Husband and I rented La Cabane two summers ago and we were so happy with the house and overall experience we knew we wanted to stay this summer as Kim and Pasquel are great hosts .

The house was just as we remember. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for daily meals and all of the trimmings for a more elaborate dinner or cocktail hour. We spent a lot of our time outside around the pool area, whether it was enjoying dinner at the outside table, hanging out under the pergola or in the pool, it truly is the perfect outdoor space, functionality and aesthetically. The view from the living room allows for the most wonderful sunsets over Lagoon Pond.

Side note: A great addition is the outdoor shower/toilet room for a quick shower after swimming .

I loved having morning coffee while enjoying the view from the comfy window seat in the great room. The kitchen is well appointed, making meal prep and entertaining so easy.
We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons after a day of exploring the island. The home is centrally located between three towns, so it was an easy drive for dinners out. Kim & Pascal were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here next time we are on the island!

La Cabane is a beautiful modern home with a fresh nautical style. Great open living space with cozy swivel chairs, huge tv and amazing window onto the water. The view of the water is quintessential Martha's Vineyard. Large up to date kitchen with anything you need for cooking. The backyard is a highlight, great compact pool, cabana house, lounge chairs, grill and awesome pergola to stay out of the sun comfortably on an outdoor sofa. Quick walk to the end of the block for fun kayaking! True vacation experience

We had a very lovely holiday at our home away from home in MV. Kimberly and Pascal were great hosts. The house was perfect, very comfortable and well equiped. The view from the living room as well as the fabulous decor and finishes enhanced our holiday experience. The kids & adults adored the outdoor pool, cabana and grill area. It was a fantastic base from which to explore the Vineyard. We would return in a heartbeat.

Our family of four had a lovely stay at La Cabane. The location in Oak Bluffs was convenient to everything yet set away from the traffic and the hubbub of town. The kitchen was well-outfitted with all the necessary cooking tools and equipment to make breakfasts, lunches and a couple of dinners. We didn't have great weather while we were there but did get to enjoy the pool on the days when it was warm and sunny.

We had the best week at Kim and Pascal's house. They were both so accommodating leading up to and during our stay. The house is in a nice quiet location with beautiful views. The home itself was perfect - designs and finishes were fantastic, great pool area, and comfortable for a family of 5. Couldn't recommend this house and these owners more!

We had a fantastic week at La Cabane! The house was decorated beautifully and we quickly settled into our 'home away from home'. Kim and Pascal were lovely to work with and provided everything we needed for our stay. It was scorching hot all week so we made plenty of use out of the beautiful pool area. It was a welcome and quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Oak Bluffs. Our girls didn't want to leave, and neither did we! 10/10

''La Cabane" is a fantastic vacation home. Located on a quiet street and set back from the road you will enjoy the tranquil setting. The house is well appointed but comfortable with everything you need to make delicious meals. The layout provides privacy and opportunities to gather. The sunsets from the living room towards Lagoon Pond were spectacular.

However, the outdoor space is even better with a great pool, seating areas and cabana including sink, wine fridge and ice area. We did happy hours there several nights and breakfast a couple of mornings. It was hard to leave this lovely retreat. The owners were gracious and accommodating and answered the few questions we had quickly. Highly recommend for small families or couples.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2-week stay at LaCabane. The home itself is beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable (we chose to add linens).

Activity-wise, there was so much to choose from. I started my day with yoga on the provided yoga mat while looking at the peaceful view of ferries departing Vineyard Haven. Then the rest of the day was floating in the pool, kayaking at the beach down the street, cooking in the (true) chef's kitchen, and exploring the island.

All days ended with phenomenal views of the sunsets from the home's large picture window. The owners were welcoming and prompt in answering any questions we had. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would return.

Tip: For our first week since we were working, the kids attended the Martha's Vineyard YMCA summer camp (7 minutes from the house) and had a great time!

We had a wonderful first stay in Martha's Vineyard at Kim and Pascal's home. The home exceeded our expectations and was centrally located and a quick drive or bike ride to anywhere we needed to go. We rented a kayak which was easily launched just a couple of houses down the street. The pool was used multiple times a day and was just perfect.

And the views! We all fought over who would get the daybed seat with beautiful water and sunset views. The kids loved watching the bunnies in the yard. House was so well equipped and one of the cleanest homes I've ever rented.

Kim and Pascal met us upon arrival and were available for any questions. Thank you for a perfect vacation!

LaCabane was perfect for our family's summer vacation...not only was the house stunning and exactly the right size for us, but the view from the main/great room of the sunsets over the lagoon, were absolutely to die for...

The bedrooms were cozy and wonderfully appointed. The dining table large enough for us.

Most of all the owners are so responsive and really made our stay amazing. They were so connected to us that they were even able to assist us when we got stuck on MV because of Hurricane Henri. I look forward to spending our next MV vacation at La Cabane.

My family and I had an amazing stay at "La Cabane", the home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. You enter the home and can see beautiful views of the lagoon! Top of the line appliances, including an amazing barbecue. They have a beautiful heated pool, which we enjoyed to the fullest! Kim and Pascal met us at the house and were so warm and helpful.
