Recently renovated, open concept Martha’s Vineyard home ideally located between downtown Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. Close to beaches, bike paths, restaurants, hiking, and golf.

The main level has one bedroom (queen bed) and a full bathroom with shower and tub. The second floor has two additional bedrooms (one with king; one with two twins) and a full bathroom with a shower.

There is a large private patio with a gas grill, umbrella table, and chairs, sectional sofa. Plenty of space to bask in the sun or enjoy a peaceful evening. Enclosed outdoor shower conveniently located next to the patio. Front porch with swing and rocking chairs for relaxing. Easy access to nearby beaches, golf, and walking distance to downtown Oak Bluffs. For those times when the ocean breezes aren't quite enough - stay cool with our newly installed central air system featuring individual room control.

One mile from the Oak Bluffs ferry terminal and less than 2 miles from the Vineyard Haven ferry terminal.

A portion of all rental fees is donated to help create affordable housing on Martha's Vineyard.

    We have been in love with MV since we started visiting over 19 years ago. The beaches, the hikes, the restaurants, and the people!
