Welcome to our #CozyBluffs home away from home in Oak Bluffs! Built in 2013 and nestled in an historic Oak Bluffs residential neighborhood, #CozyBluffs is walking distance to town, the OB ferry and town beaches. This charming 755 Sq Ft. two-story home was designed by local architect Chuck Sullivan with thoughtful details and spacious modern living in mind!

The first floor features an open concept living room, dining area, kitchen and a convenient 1/2 bath. Our large private enclosed back yard can be accessed via the kitchen entry or front gate with smart lock and features an outdoor shower, BBQ grill, outdoor dining & seating areas and automated lighting.

The second floor features a large 1 bedroom suite with custom made Saatva Cal-King bed, twin closets and ensuite bath. The sliding doors lead to a balcony where you can star gaze in the evening or enjoy your morning coffee! There is a loft flex-space with a couch, built-in book shelves, and desk work area.

A full basement can be accessed near the dining area where guests can use a full size washer & dryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack.

There is a dedicated parking space for one car in front of the house.

#CozyBluffs is located close to town, beaches and the OB Ferry. It is located just .5 miles from Circuit Avenue, Jetties Beach and the Oak Bluffs ferry terminal. We provide linens, beach towels, beach wagon & umbrella for your stay so you can just relax and focus on having fun!

#CozyBluffs is located in the town of Oak Bluffs, a diverse, quaint and historic town, with charming Gingerbread houses and historic cottages. We are located one block from the Powell Cottage - known as ''The Bunny Cottage,'' one of the stops on the African-American Heritage Trail of Martha's Vineyard.

    Let me tell you... the Cozy Bluffs will be your home away from home! It is perfect. Fran is an exceptional host. Often when you read reviews, you're skeptical, like, "Can this be real?" Let me tell you, it is exactly as it appears.
    I was looking for a location that was close to everything for my mother and I to visit during the very busy Vineyard time of August. We had just about given up when Fran let me know she could host us. The Cozy Bluffs offered more than we imagine. My mother said, "She has everything." You can fly/park your car. You can walk to the hot spots. You don't need beach chairs, books, blankets. Fran's house is well-equipped, down to the salt & pepper. We didn't even have a chance to fully take in the backyard, the balcony or outdoor shower, due to it raining on the days we planned to go outside.
    I have been raving to all my friends and family. I've shared the link to her place since I returned home. If I were you, I'd book now because I'm certainly coming back.

    Love Cozy Bluffs!!! I'm a repeat guests!!! It's my home away from home when I'm in OB - super clean, modern, top shelf amenities, magical views, and spacious. The hosts go above and beyond to make Cozy Bluffs an unforgettable experience. This is my "go to" OB house in MV!

    By far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in on MV (and we've been to many). The place was stunning, well designed, spotless, walkable to town, equipped with so many extras to make our trip even easier (sunscreen, coffee, beach towels etc…). We worked remotely for half the week and the WiFi was fast and reliable for two people on video calls. Can't wait to come back next year!
