Welcome to our #CozyBluffs home away from home in Oak Bluffs! Built in 2013 and nestled in a quaint Oak Bluffs residential neighborhood walking distance to town, OB ferry and beaches. This charming 755 Sq Ft. two-story home was designed by local architect Chuck Sullivan with thoughtful details and spacious modern living in mind!

The first floor features an open concept living room, dining area, kitchen and a convenient 1/2 bath. Our large private enclosed back yard can be accessed via the kitchen entry and features an outdoor shower, BBQ grill, outdoor dining & seating areas and automated lighting. The second floor features a large 1 bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath and sliding doors which lead to a balcony where you can star gaze in the evening before bed or enjoy your morning coffee! There is also a loft flex space with a couch, built-in book shelves, and desk work area. A full basement can be accessed near the dining area where guests can use a full size washer & dryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack.

#CozyBluffs is located close to town, beaches and the OB Ferry. It is located just .5 miles from Circuit Avenue, Jetties Beach and the Oak Bluffs ferry terminal. We provide linens, beach towels, beach wagon & umbrella for your stay so you can just relax and focus on having fun!

Cozy Bluffs is located in Oak Bluffs, a diverse, quaint and historic town, with charming Gingerbread houses and historic cottages. We are located one block from the Powell Cottage - known as ''The Bunny Cottage,'' one of the stops on the African-American Heritage Trail of Martha's Vineyard.
