Our family spent a week at the Queen's Vintage Cottage and couldn't be happier. The home is wonderfully updated and maintained with any amenity you could think of available. The space was laid out perfectly in the home with plenty of room for our family of five. The walk to town and Inkwell beach couldn't be easier - it was so convenient! The host is super welcoming and responsive. We truly loved our stay!!

Spent the Memorial Day weekend in this wonderfully appointed cottage! It was just my husband and I but the photos of this home captivated me, particularly the porch. Queens Vintage did not disappoint! We arrived to a perfectly clean home. You can tell every detail in the home has been done with care and purpose! We felt like we were in our own home and not a short term rental. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and bed was extremely comfortable! We slept like we've never slept before! Location? Unmatched. This is actually why we rented this home versus a B&B. A few steps from the beach and the magnificent porch where I spent most of my day! It was a sunny but chilly weekend, but walks along the beach were just as magnificent as it is in August. Walked every where in town with no need for our car! We actually never moved our car! Recommend this property HIGHLY and without reservations!

Our family had an amazing experience at The Queen's Vintage Cottage. We can't say enough about the convenience and proximity of the property to everything in Oak Bluff. For us, it was a short walk (with carry-on suitcases) to the cottage from the ferry drop-off. We were also in walking distance to downtown and Ink-Well Beach.

Across the street from the ferry drop-off is the local bus stop. After you peruse downtown Oak Bluff, hop on the bus for a short ride and explore nearby Edgerton and other parts of Martha's Vineyard. Lastly, the host was extremely accommodating and gracious. The cottage was truly relaxing and did not disappoint. We look forward to our next stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. The owners did a fabulous job on updating this property while keeping the vintage charm. It is very spacious and the bedrooms are generous. I loved the big front porch and sitting in those huge rockers. I did not know how much I enjoyed people watching. The location is ideal especially if you don't like or want to drive. Its located on a quaint street that leads to Circuit Ave and the Inkwell is right there. You cannot beat the convenience, the modern spacious feel and just the overall aesthetics. Everything was new or very well taken care of. I liked the flow of the rooms from living to dining and that wonderful front porch. I will definitely be staying here again.

It's very rare to find a leasing property that actually feels like home! If you're looking for a home in Oak Bluffs that's close to everything you have found the perfect home! The home is a short walk from the ferry, Circuit Avenue, and literally steps from the beach and ocean view. This year was my fifth year vacationing in this home! We've considered other homes but nothing compares to the location, charm, modern aesthetic, excellent customer service from the owner & property management! There's definitely something special about Queens Vintage! You feel it as soon as you walk on the porch with the rocking chairs! Walking into the house you immediately feel the warm and inviting atmosphere of this home. I don't care for dark spaces, so I was immediately taken with how open and bright the home is. There's beautiful artwork and a fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable and the home is very clean! After you return from beach day, there's a warm outdoor shower to enjoy! I would highly recommend Queens Vintage! The owner provides everything you need to enjoy your vacation!

Very quaint yet modern vintage home. Had all the trappings of comfort and charm for this hotel snob. Steps from the ocean and town, this cottage was as cozy as it was convenient. Perfect for a girls getaway or family time. Would go again!

The Location is Unbeatable:
The description is not exaggerating—you are a very short, pleasant 2-minute walk from the iconic Inkwell Beach. Waking up and strolling down with our coffee and beach towels was an absolute joy. Beyond the beach, you are perfectly positioned to explore everything Oak Bluffs has to offer. The Gingerbread Cottages, the Flying Horses Carousel, and the vibrant shops and restaurants of Circuit Avenue are all just a short walk away.

The home is even more charming than the photos. It's beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of modern comfort and classic Martha's Vineyard character. It was immaculately clean upon our arrival. We loved the light-filled living room, the well-equipped kitchen (we cooked several meals), and the incredibly comfortable beds. The porch was our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening drinks. We chatted daily with our neighbor, Nancy, and met families walking to and from the beach. We also played cards and had a backgammon tournament at the dining room table.

The owners have thought of everything. We appreciated the attention to detail of this beautiful home which did not feel like a rental. It felt like we were staying at the home of a close friend or family member. This made this trip extra special because one of my guests had been sick and this was her first trip after a long hospital stay. The joy, laughter and memories we made will last a life time.

This would be a perfect retreat for a group of couples, a family, or a group of friends. The location offers both proximity to the action and a quiet, relaxing sanctuary to return to.

We cannot recommend this property highly enough. It provided the quintessential Martha's Vineyard experience we were hoping for. Thank you for a truly memorable vacation!

My family, 3 generations, gathered at this home in July. The house was spacious and was the best equipped house we have ever rented. Our every need was met. The location is perfect, a short walk to the Inkwell Beach. We could see the water from the comfortable rocking chairs on the front porch. The owner provided beach chairs. The house had spaces to gather or sit quietly alone. The town center was a brief walk from the cottage.
We liked it so much we are signed up to return July 2026.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Queens Vintage at the end of July. We had a party of 5, ranging in age from 9 yo to 70 yo. Everyone in our group was delighted with the home. To begin, the location is among the best in OB. Literally 3 houses from Inkwell Beach, and a very short 5 minute stroll to Circuit Avenue and Shopping. We had a rental car because we like to explore the Island, but you really don't need one at this house. The house itself is gorgeous and rich in history. It was very clean, which is important for my level of comfort. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out and relax. The kitchen was stocked with everything a serious cook would want and there were plenty of beach items(chairs, umbrellas, boards, shovels/buckets). We loved sitting outside on the expansive front porch, rocking away with our beverages, saying hi to passersby. It was also great and convenient to have linen service included with the rental. We can't imagine coming back to the Vineyard and not staying again at the Queens Vintage. This is a home that you can tell the owners have a lot of pride in.

True to its name, Queens Vintage, is a gem of a cottage fit for royalty: its sturdy, elegant furnishings; beautiful, brightly colored artworks; and cozy window nooks invite one to relax in an intimate environment. The eclectic decor calms you with its mixture of natural materials and beach colors that create a well-planned designer aesthetic. It is an immaculate miniature palace where you can retreat, recharge, and re-energize yourself. A well-lit kitchen with two high-end coffee makers, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator, along with a laundry room that includes a washer and dryer, is a bonus that offers you the conveniences of home.
Bedrooms are oases for relaxation, as well, with beds that have comfortable mattresses, and soft comforters that help you feel well rested.

You can begin your day with a spectacular ocean view when you step out on the front porch.
There you can spend hours basking in the tranquility of the Avenue while rocking back forth in the padded chairs on the L-shaped porch---reading your favorite books, conversing with your friends and neighbors, or just watching the people walk by. The stores on Circuit Avenue offer great shopping, only an 8-to 10-minute walk from the Queens Vintage cottage. The Oak Bluffs Ferry Terminal is within a short walking distance, as well. The early October weather during our recent stay was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Next year we plan to go a little earlier, perhaps in mid-to late-September, to take advantage of some of the cultural events we missed.

The Queens Vintage house is my "home away from home"!
This home is very charming, warm and inviting. It is situated in a PERFECT location.It's a quick walk from the ferry and very close to the beach. You literally walk off the porch a few steps down the street to arrive at Inkwell Beach (Town Beach)! My favorite morning ritual is to wake up early, brew coffee and walk to Inkwell to have quiet time. The amenities are perfect! You don't need to bring anything extra. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need! There's a coffee pot and Keurig. There is a cabinet with games. There's wifi & cable. The house has everything you need! The esthetic's of the home are absolutely beautiful! What I love is that even though the interior is beautiful, the home feels welcoming! This is our favorite home and I hope we can stay here every year!

Simply Beautiful! Well appointed, convenient, comfortable, And great location. Every detail has been thought of to make your stay effortless. Will definitely seek this property out for a rental next year!

This treasure had all the charms of a Vineyard OB Cottage with ALL the comforts of home!

All of the rooms have split ACs - every bed, every chair, every appliance and all the artwork and decor - a house of comforts and quality from beginning to end!

The best location - a block from the Inkwell beach and my daily Polar Bear swims and just a 5 minute walk to Circuit - great shops, restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream!

We are excited to have already booked for next year (and would for the next decade if we could!) :).

My only hesitation in writing this review was that I wanted to keep it a secret!!

Where do I start? This home (#queenscottagemv) is wonderful. Great location. Steps away from Inkwell Beach, walking distance to ferry (from New Bedford), shops, and restaurants. The cottage is very comfortable and accommodating. Decorated very nicely, keeping with the nautical feel of the island yet with personal touches from the owner. The beds were comfortable—water pressure was excellent (this is important for some). Everything was fantastic. Everything to make your stay feel like you're home. Highly recommend!

Everything about this house was wonderful! The location is perfect, literal steps to Inkwell Beach. The house is a perfect location and we walked to all of our destinations. Quiet neighborhood. The home is beautiful and felt like home. We loved the amenities, washer, and dryer and all beach equipment were available for us. Perfect size kitchen and appliances. We hope to start a tradition of staying in this same home every time we travel to Oak Bluffs.
