Inside, the home combines the charm and architectural character of a classic Vineyard Victorian with the comfort of a thoughtfully and extensively updated beach house. The spacious first floor features a wonderful open layout, with the large living room flowing directly into the dining room and renovated kitchen, creating one inviting gathering space where everyone can cook, dine, relax and spend time together.<br />

The home features eight bedrooms with six king beds and six twin beds. The king mattresses were updated in 2025, while the twin mattresses were purchased in 2022. One bedroom and a full bathroom are conveniently located on the first floor, along with a washer and dryer.<br />

Upstairs are seven additional bedrooms and two beautifully renovated full bathrooms, completely updated in spring 2026. Several of the upstairs bedrooms open onto private balconies, adding to the home’s quintessential Victorian character and providing charming spots to enjoy the fresh Vineyard air.<br />

The outdoor spaces are every bit as inviting as the interior.
