The second floor has two additional full baths and 7 additional bedrooms, some adorned with private balconies. All mattresses in all bedrooms were purchased in 2022.
One corner of this large building has its own entrance and is kept aside for the caretaker.
Amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, TVs, Internet, BBQ, and an outdoor shower.

    My family has been coming to the Vineyard for over 20 years and this property is by far our favorite.
    It has plenty of room for all my family and their significant others.
    The location is prime. It is walking distance to the beach, the town, flying horses several restaurants , Donavons and really most places we might want to visit.
    The house meets all our need such as WiFi, grill, and updated housing needs.
    Owners are very quick to address any issues that arise.
    My 5 granddaughters plan there entire summer based on this outing. Can't wait to return next year.     show more show less
