We had a fantastic time in this home, so much so that this is the very first time that I am writing a revie!. The home had every amenity needed, and we enjoyed every bit of it. It is simply beautiful! We have been coming to the Vineyard for more than 20 years, but this time had some first time family members with us, and they are dying to come back! We love to watch movies, and watched them every night. We did wish that there was a TV in the family room, because we would have used that area a bit more. We hope to be there again next year for another fabulous week( or 2)! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! We will be back! show more show less

Our family, as well as another family who are close friends of ours, stayed at this phenomenal vacation home for the week of 7/21/23. Upon driving up the driveway, one can already see how meticulous the owners are about maintaining this property and it's grounds. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and is massive. It was the perfect place for our children to gather and play sports such as wiffle ball, basketball, or just to ride their scooters. There is also a beautiful outdoor fireplace with plenty of Adirondack chairs for the whole family to gather around. The inside of the home was beautiful, with a newly renovated kitchen and gorgeous hardwood floors. There is a large basement with games and a bar area. The screened in porch was such a gem as it allowed us to enjoy the outdoor area at all times of the day and evening without worrying about insects or the hot sun. The property, itself, was located within a lovely community of homes and was within close proximity to the beaches and to the downtown areas, which have many restaurants, shops and activities for the children. Overall, it felt as if the owners really worked hard to make this home warm, inviting and accommodating. The owner, Ann, is lovely and responded within minutes to any question that we had. She went out of her way ahead of time to reach out via email with suggestions of activities to do, restaurants to go to, etc. We have stayed at many properties on the Vineyard over the past years and we have to say that this was one of our favorites! What a find! This was our first time renting this property after renting for over 10 years with a family who decided no longer to rent. We had high expectations and this property and the owners did not disappoint. The house was spacious, beautifully updated, meticulously kept with every amenity you could need. We vacationed with our adult children and spouses , 2 babies and a toddler as well as my 94 yo dad. The beds were extremely comfortable and the AC worked great. This summer was very humid so without central air sleeping or just hanging out inside could have been challenging. The bedrooms were spread out with plenty of bathroom access for everyone to have the privacy needed. There were at least 10 beach towels so plenty for our crew as well as plenty of beach chairs! The quiet location was great for taking evening walks, playing dominos in the screened porch when it rained or sitting at the beautiful patio in the back at the outdoor fireplace where we had many laughs playing games with the family. We had a few questions for the owner who very quickly replied. The house was as advertised and the owners were gracious and accommodating and obviously take great care and pride of there property!
