This beautiful New York style cottage is a new listing and was built in 1868 and originally in the Methodist campground. The location is excellent...within a 4 minute walk into town, and and 8-10 minute walk to Pay and Inkwell Beaches.

''Bella'' is the sister property to La Sirena (#26262-diagonally across the street) and still has most of her original gingerbread. Fun info: the former owner of this cottage is the sister to the former owner of La Sirena. Truly “sister” properties!

All 4 bedrooms are upstairs; 1 Queen bed, 2 double beds and 2 twins (the maximum occupancy is 8). There is also a full bath with an original clawfoot bath tub

Relax and enjoy the large vintage styled kitchen/dining area downstairs, along with a nice sized living room and 1/2 bath.
There is no TV but there is internet. We find most people stream nowadays.

Step outside to a large porch, perfect for sitting outside on a summer night. We have a picnic table and a grill for outdoor dining. There is also an outside shower.

''Bella'' is located 1 block from a lovely park with tennis courts, basketball courts and a play area for children.

Be advised, This is a NO SMOKING anywhere on the property.

    A WONDERFUL stay at La Bella Sorella

    I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home with my sister and our children. It was clean, spacious, and so very welcoming! We appreciated the games and puzzles and even had the time to complete one. The outside shower was perfect for our beach days.

    It was also within walking distance to all the places one would need to go to such as the park, the dining places, the grocery store and all the other shops!

    The owner is very personable and kind! I will definitely stay again AND recommend to my friends!! show more show less

    Warm and welcoming cottage

    We spent a wonderful week at La Bella. Our favorite hang out spot was the spacious porch, with plenty of room to read, relax and enjoy the ocean breezes. The upstairs bathroom was a delight with both a claw foot tub and an amazing shower.The decor is quaint and cozy. Lots of room in the kitchen which had everything we needed. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Perfect location, close to Circuit Ave. shops and restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. Owners were great to work with, very responsive to any questions or concerns. show more show less
