We have Ferry Tickets available for 4th of July week!
This new home is located on a quiet Oak Bluffs street that is a short walk to the lagoon and just mins from the beach and downtown. It’s set up perfect for families - it comfortably Sleeps 6 with 3 main sleeping areas each equipped with its own bath. CENTRAL AC throughout the house. The open concept chef’s kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area where you can eat at the dining table that looks out to the backyard. For those evening cookouts or morning coffee, the rear deck is perfect for outside relaxing along with the large private backyard. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach and use of our beach chairs and kids toys.

For those “working” on vacation, there are two separate workspaces equipped with monitors.

Situated within a short walk to the Lagoon for swimming, water sports and sunsets.

Location:
- Downtown Oak Bluffs and beaches are a leisurely one-mile bike ride or a nice stroll.
- Farm Neck Golf Course is just a half mile down the road.


Sleeping Arrangements:
- Primary bedroom has a Queen w/ en suite full tub/shower combo.
- Upstairs loft has extra living room w/ tv , Futon and Queen bed.
- Downstair BR has 2 Twin Beds and a full bathroom right across the hall

    Wonderful Home

    My Husband and I plus our two kids stayed at this wonderful home for a week in July. We have been coming to the vineyard for years and this was one of the best! The house is beautiful and has everything we needed for our island vacation. It is very spacious, and we were all very comfortable. The upstairs living area was a big bonus for the kids to have their own hangout area. The house is on a quiet street and close to town and the beach, and we loved walking to the lagoon and exploring the nearby hiking paths just down the road! We already rebooked and can't wait for next summer! show more show less
