We are now booking for Summer 2027

Enjoy the best of Martha's Vineyard from this recently built home just a short walk to the Lagoon, steps from the bike paths, and minutes from downtown and the beach. With central A/C, three separate sleeping areas, multiple bathrooms, a large private backyard, and plenty of space to spread out, it’s an ideal home base for a relaxed Vineyard getaway.

The open-concept chef’s kitchen flows into the living and dining area, making it easy to cook, eat, and spend time together. Step outside to the rear deck for morning coffee, evening grilling, or simply relaxing in the private backyard.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and take advantage of the beach chairs and beach gear provided with the house.

Need to get a little work done? There are also two separate workspaces with monitors, so you can stay connected without taking over the kitchen table

Great house

September 2025

What we loved most about the house was the kitchen. It's large, with lots of counter space and a gas stove! All the utensils you need to barbecue and cook.
And the luxury of three bathrooms - one for each bedroom. The loft area bedroom does not have it's own door but there is a privacy screen hidden behind the futon should you feel you need it.
The house is on a slightly gravely dirt road which was hard for me with my walker. But the paved road is only 30 or 40 yards away and it leads down to the lagoon. The area is quiet- very peaceful- but close to Oak Bluffs.
Minor detail- bring odd items you might need (like rubber bands, flashlights). Not a lot of knick knacks in the house.We came in the off season and the temperatures were cooler, but the house stays surprisingly cozy. The house is exactly as pictured and described. show more show less

We came for some R & R and this rental made it happen. The house was roomy and clean, in a quiet area but not isolated and had a great kitchen with a gourmet range that made cooking meals easy. Our hosts were congenial and always available to answer a question.
I would highly recommend this vacation rental.

Wonderful Home

My Husband and I plus our two kids stayed at this wonderful home for a week in July. We have been coming to the vineyard for years and this was one of the best! The house is beautiful and has everything we needed for our island vacation. It is very spacious, and we were all very comfortable. The upstairs living area was a big bonus for the kids to have their own hangout area. The house is on a quiet street and close to town and the beach, and we loved walking to the lagoon and exploring the nearby hiking paths just down the road! We already rebooked and can't wait for next summer! show more show less
