    Hi, my name is Max Nelson, I am a Web Developer living in the Bay Area of California. My family have owned this cottage and the adjacent main property for over 60 years. My father, aunts and uncle used to vacation on the vineyard every year growing up, and I was lucky enough to do the same along with my cousins. These days we reserve several weeks out of the season for family gatherings, however the remaining weeks we are happy to be able to share it with anyone interested in enjoying this beautiful location.

    What is special about this property?
    This cottage sits beside one of the most iconic houses in Oak Bluffs. Located on the corner of Ocean Ave. and Seaview Ave. it is both right across the street from the lovely 'Ocean Park' and the famous 'Inkwell Beach'. It is centrally located in the city of Oak Bluffs, and is a short walk across the park to the popular 'Circuit Avenue'.
