    Wonderful vineyard rental

    I been vacationing on the vineyard for decades and loved my stay here. The house well appointed with excellent amenities. Great location central to every where we able to use our bikes. The backyard was so spacious we were able to relax and decompress.
    Homeowner was accessible to answer any questions. I stayed with my brother and family, sister and mom and created wonderful family memories.

    It is a lovely home and perfectly suited our needs and exceeded our expectation of how peaceful and relaxing it was.

    Our stay at this home in Sengekontacket Association was wonderful from start to finish. The location is hard to beat—peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly situated for exploring all that Martha's Vineyard has to offer. We loved being close to the water and enjoyed the quiet surroundings while still having easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and attractions.

    The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor spaces were perfect for enjoying morning coffee and evening sunsets.

    Our host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless, providing helpful information before and during our visit.

    We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return on a future trip to Martha's Vineyard. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed getaway in a beautiful setting.     show more show less

    I can't say enough amazing things about this house! From the minute you walk in the front door, you're in your happy place. It's a beautiful home - open and airy with all the amenities you need. The house is neat and clean and the owners are incredibly sweet and responsive. The bedrooms are spacious and cool - a perfect place to rest your head on a summer night. And the view in the backyard is incredible! There's nothing like sipping your morning coffee and watching the sun rise over the pond.     I have owned the house for three years and we like to rent it to families and groups of friends. We love Martha's Vineyard and feel that the house is a peaceful refuge but is close to beaches and to Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven and Edgartown.

    What is special about this property?
    The location is picturesque, and it is so close to Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. You have the best of both worlds in our lovely home. We recently install all new top of the line appliances

    What is special about your town?
    Our house is on a freshwater pond and is a 4 min walk to Sengekontacket pond. You can use our community tennis courts, and rent a kayak at our dock to kayak nearby in Sengekontacket pond. We are near beaches and the OB and VH ferry and near the airport. It is on about an acre of land and is has a beautiful wrap around back porch. The birds chirp and the trees are so grand and beautiful.
