Beautiful newly renovated 5bd/ 3 block from beach

My family and I recently rented the home in Oak Bluffs called the Radcliffe house from the owner Elisha. She was amazing as from the beginning we had a call about 2 weeks prior to our stay and she was so friendly and even said hello to our 8 year old daughter and 6 year old son. I felt a bond and we had similar interests! Her personality and the way she handles business is phenomenal and makes the renters feel like it's their home as well. She was also very responsive and patient with all of our questions. When we checked in, the process was so easy and seamless. The house was amazing and felt like a true MV/Gingerbread house which was very spacious with 5 bedrooms and large living area. The dining area was huge too. The home is also updated with nice furniture, painting, flooring. Kitchen was amazing too fully equipped! The mini splits for Air conditioning was clutch too for the hot days. Elisha is so friendly that they even had a welcome gift bag for us with a pen, bag and mug. All of her notes with instructions was also thorough and clear. When we had a question during our stay she got back right away. I can tell she is good with kids and her guests by the positive way she speaks. There is also a parking spot and a large backyard which goes back to another street! Hence a large lot. The Outdoor shower and grill were also amazing as we showered outside every day! The laundry was also clutch and worked well. The front porch was beautiful and we have a 7 month old baby boy and he enjoyed sitting there with us in the morning. The dining room is massive and we enjoyed meals here. Elisha did a great job decorating the table making it fancy and inviting. Overall, beautiful and spacious house which seems like a modern vacation home. Very convenient location as we could walk to circuit Ave and Backdoor donuts in 5 min. I feel it is a hard to find such a beautiful and large home near the main areas of the Island. My family and I enjoyed it every second and would recommend renting this home. We hope to go back again. Best of all Elisha is a pleasure to work with and super friendly. I almost felt like we were family. Thank you Elisha and family for letting us stay in your beautiful home. My family and I had such a wonderful time and this house made it the reason why. Being walking distance to the beach was awesome and the house provided beach chairs and umbrella to use during the stay. The backyard is an oasis in itself that we grill out bout 3 nights during our stay. The AC throughout the house is a huge plus. The owners respond quickly also. Thank ya'll for everything, see ya next year.

Beautiful home! Perfectly located walking distance to every place we wanted to be beach, playground and back door doughnuts! The owners very responsive, customer service top tear. Would definitely rent again.

The Radcliffe House is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the beauty and charm of the 5 bedroom home located in the perfect location. We did not need to drive anywhere on the island, because Main Street and the beach were in walking distance. The interior and exterior decor of the house was new and beautifully decorated. We had a/c
and television in every bedroom. The house was just perfect for my family. I recommend you book the Radcliffe House for you next stay in Oaks Bluffs.The owners were easily available to reach and very responsive to any requests we made. show more show less
