My favorite property. Martha's Vineyard vacationer for over years. Perfect accommodations for family. Enjoyed the tranquil sunrise and peaceful sunsets each day along the coast. This will become my new favorite property on the Island. Great attentive owner with a good eye for detail and decor. My new home on Martha's Vineyard.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this house. The views were amazing. We could sit on the porch and watch the ferries come and go. It was convenient to downtown Oak Bluffs. It was close enough to ride our bikes downtown. The house is just a quick walk or bike to the East Chop Lighthouse. The house is beautifully decorated and lives up to the pictures. Michelle is a great host.

We had an extraordinary three nights in this MV oasis on East Chop. The views were amazing, walks along the water were invigorating, and the quiet surroundings were serene. The cabin was clean, spacious and ideal for our stay. The location was very close to Oak Bluff and the ferry. I highly recommend this property.

This was our second time staying at the A-Frame on East Chop. The location is ideal, with easy access to everything you need in town. The house itself is lovely; a classic beachfront cottage, simple, elegant, well-appointed and extremely comfortable. We took walks on the water every day, came home and just sat on the deck, watching the sunset, grilling seafood, and feeling layers of stress slough off. Our family of four enjoyed a most fabulous weeklong stay at this special rental. The view is absolutely outstanding and the cabin is beautifully decorated, clean, and complete with all the amenities one would need. Sitting on the deck was a favorite part of our days. It was breathtaking--sunrise to sunset. The location provides an easy walk into Oak Bluffs for coffee or ice cream. We also enjoyed biking over to Vineyard Haven and West Chop. The added access to Quansoo Beach is unique, and we loved the escape into the quiet of Chilmark. The cabin is incredibly charming. It is decorated beautifully, and the water views are spectacular. It's an easy walk into Oak Bluffs which is lots of fun. Great coffee shops, restaurants, and the East Chop Public Beach are all walkable. The cabin is easy to maintain and totally relaxing. You can walk outside anytime and it is safe and great way to enjoy the location. The deck iis fabulous. It is a great place to read, watch the boats go by, and enjoy your coffee and / or cocktails and watch the sunset. The grill is easy to use and a great addition to the property.
The owners are extremely responsive and eager to help you with anything. I definitely recommend this property! show more show less

The A frame is a unique place to stay. The view is stunning. Since the road is closed, it's very quiet however I think the whole island walks or takes a bike ride by the home. It's never intrusive and many people wave or call out a Good Morning if you are sitting on the deck. We kept the windows open as there is always a beautiful breeze. Falling asleep to the buoy bell is heavenly. The outdoor shower is wonderful. Michelle couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. The house comes with a beach key to Quansoo Beach. We absolutely loved our three night stay in the A-Frame. The highlight was by far the spectacular view overlooking the water. We were only about a 15 minute walk into the town of Oak Bluffs and the East Chop Lighthouse. The property was very clean upon arrival and had new appliances. Overall stellar stay. We will surely be booking again in the future!!
