The whole space is air conditioned and has plenty of room for all your guests to enjoy their stay. The back deck has outdoor dining, lounge chairs, an outdoor shower and a grassy level yard. Enjoy quiet afternoons on the farmer's porch in this quiet, private neighborhood.

Only an easy 5 minute drive to downtown Oak Bluffs restaurants, shops and beaches. Beach gear is provided; includes beach chairs, towels and a beach umbrella.

*Enhancements for 2024 season will include improved outdoor space in the backyard, new appliances and updated furnishings.

Ferry tickets available for selected weeks: 6/29, 7/6, 7/13 and 7/20 which can be transferred to tenant for $290.00
