This beautiful rental offers a cozy retreat with all the comforts of home. On the second floor, you"ll find three inviting bedrooms, two are furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, one full sized bed, providing a peaceful haven for a good night"s rest. The front bedroom has a desk for making private calls and the Primary Bedroom has a TV with sitting area for two. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this floor, ensuring everyone"s comfort and convenience.

Downstairs, the main level boasts a modern half bath, an updated kitchen with a spacious eating area, perfect for preparing and enjoying delicious meals together. Adjacent to the kitchen is a functional office space, ideal for catching up on work or planning your island adventures.<br /> <br /> The dining room features a large table accommodating up to six guests, perfect for gathering for meals or game nights. The adjacent living room provides a cozy setting to relax and unwind, complete with comfortable seating and entertainment options.<br /> <br /> Take the stairs down to a rare find in Oak Bluffs - a basement! There is a finished Media Room with oversized couch and 75" TV. A second refrigerator for extra storage and washer and dryer are in the basement as well.<br /> <br /> Step outside onto the wrap-around front porch, where you can soak in the tranquil surroundings and enjoy the gentle island breeze. The fenced backyard offers a private oasis, featuring a patio with outdoor dining table and a comfortable sitting area, ideal for al fresco meals or simply enjoying the sunshine.<br /> <br /> After a day of exploring the island, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before heading indoors. Parking is hassle-free with two designated spots for medium-sized cars located next to the cottage.<br /> <br /> Conveniently situated within walking distance to town and just a short bike ride to the beach, our cottage offers the perfect balance of serenity and accessibility. Tucked away from the bustling Tabernacle Circle, you"ll enjoy peace and quiet while still being close to all the island"s attractions.<br /> <br /> Family-owned for over 40 years, our cottage is imbued with warmth and hospitality, making it the perfect destination for families or couples seeking a memorable getaway. Please note that we have a maximum occupancy limit of six people, and regretfully cannot accommodate pets.
