Second floor boasts two well-sized bedrooms, full bath, with many closets.

You will have access to the entire house, including the basement, which has additional laundry machines and a second refrigerator. There is one locked closet, accessible solely to the owners.
Other things to note
Have you ever stayed at a house with radiant floors? It's one of the reasons this home gets so many cold-month renters. It's a very well insulated and dry house with heated floors in many of the rooms. Lovely on your feet as you walk around.
