Conveniently located in Oak Bluffs, the Garden Suite Lower Level is a 5-minute drive or a scenic 15-minute or less walk through the iconic gingerbread houses to Circuit Avenue and Inkwell Beach. Guests may also enjoy the island’s vibrant Art District, Tony’s Market, Black Joy Kitchen, the Oak Bluffs Public Library, Town Hall, the Portuguese-American Club, scenic bike paths, and nearby nature preserves.

The Garden Suite Lower Level is a private, independent suite adjoining the Main House. It is accessed through the shared solarium entrance with a dedicated interior staircase that leads exclusively to the suite, providing guests with privacy throughout their stay.<br />

Inside, this newly renovated, art-curated studio comfortably accommodates up to three guests. The suite features one full-size bed (standard ceiling height), two twin beds (5’6” ceiling height), a full bathroom, complimentary Wi-Fi, a 50-inch Smart TV, central air conditioning with individualized climate control, an LED vanity mirror, two closets, and convenient under-bed storage. Guests are required to bring their own linens, or they may arrange Martha’s Vineyard linen service for added convenience.<br />

The suite is rented as an entire private accommodation for your exclusive use. Designed as an open studio-style layout, it features a shared living and sleeping area for guests in your party. The twin-bed area is separated by an accordion door, and guests sleeping in the twin-bed area walk past the full-size bed to access the bathroom.<br />

The well-equipped kitchenette is ideal for both short and extended stays and includes a compact refrigerator with freezer, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, rice cooker, steamer, electric kettle, a selection of teas, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a dehumidifier.<br />

Step outside to a tree-lined outdoor living area featuring comfortable seating, an outdoor dining area, a grill, a fire pit, and an outdoor shower. Beach chairs are also provided and stored conveniently for easy access when heading to the beach.<br />
