This home has it all and then some. The host has thought of every comfort and convenience. Wondering about the wifi code and you only have to look to thoughtfully placed signage. Want to know where to find glasses or mugs or appliances, just check out the tasteful labels. The bedrooms are well appointed and relaxing. The outdoor shower is clean and well positioned to go straight to or from the hot tub. The house itself is a short walk away from OB and will easily position more enthusiastic walkers on the path to Vineyard Haven. The furnishings in the living areas are chic AND inviting. The perfect color combinations for settling into the beach vacation vibe. It looked like a magazine spread upon arrival and still we felt right at home. This home was nothing but amazing. From the moment when we first stepped into the home. Everything was just perfect. This home definitely made our weekend getaway amazing coming from the city. My favorite part was definitely the hot tub. I recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice getaway to Martha's Vineyard. Trust me you won't regret it!

My family and I have enjoyed the beauty and magic of the vineyard for over 10 years, and a highlight of our trip this year was this lovely home. The owner was very attentive and welcoming both before and during our trip. Her beautiful home had every amenity you could want, including beach gear and the fun hot-tub. It's easy to see every detail of the home and every amenity is carefully thought of for the enjoyment of her guests. All I can say is WOW! Towanticut Retreat exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The house is beautifully designed, comfortable, and perfect for our group of five. We loved that it was just a short drive to Circuit Avenue and the beach, making it very convenient for our kids (ages 7 and 5). The spacious deck and yard were a HUGE plus for outdoor meals and letting the kids run around. The fully stocked kitchen and brand-new furnishings made us feel right at home. It truly is a modern and charming island escape....equipped with items for the beach. The attention to detail was impressive and our host really went above and beyond to make our family vacay / birthday celebration for me really special. We created so many memories to last a lifetime. My family was already excited to stay at The Retreat at Towanticut, but our experience far exceeded our high expectations! Maja (the homeowner) was an absolute joy to deal with as well. She was always accessible and she wanted feedback on how to make our stay even better.

This house has it all - - a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance from downtown Oak Bluffs, extremely clean and newly renovated, beautifully decorated, brand-new appliances, a hot tub, lawn toys and everything you would want or need for the beach, all while being reasonably priced.

This house was our favorite rental - and we have been coming to The Vineyard regularly since 2012. We can't wait to come back here! show more show less

My family and I stayed a here for a couple days in July. We had a fabulous time and the rental was beautiful and nicely decorated. We felt at home and it was so cozy.
Our host was wonderful communicating with me and helpful with recommendations in the area. The rental was within walking distance to the beach and town of Oak Bluffs which is a positive because sometimes it's hard to find parking. We loved it and hope to be back someday!

The house is wonderfully spacious and well equipped. They have plenty of amenities from smart TVs, in home w/d, spacious deck, hot tub & beach supplies (chairs,wagon,games) we were a group of 7 women and had plenty of space in the house without feeling on top of each other. It can be difficult to convince adults to stay in a bunk bed but the mattresses were amazing! The hosts are very responsive and came quickly when we requested more towels. There's space for a car but we did not rent one, very easy to walk into Oak Bluffs town area! show more show less

Where do I begin with this gem of a property? My family and I have been visiting MV for about a decade, and this is hands down the best place we've ever stayed.

The vibe is beach house chic! The furnishings are lush and stylish while being super inviting and comfortable. It's bright and spacious, with plenty of space in the living and dining areas, deck, and huge backyard. This home is meticulously well-appointed.

So much care went into making sure we had a relaxing stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our family. I especially love the toiletries in the showers; most of the places we've previously stayed at completely ignored this. The restaurant and shopping suggestioins really enhanced our stay. Getting to our favorite spots on Circuit Ave were just a short walk down New York and Lake Avenues.

My experience from check-in to check-out was delightful. We look forward to returning when the weather is warmer so we can spend more time enjoying the gorgeous outdoor space. Thank you for being such gracious hosts! show more show less
