I am Audrey Hipkins and have been coming to this home since I was a child. My great-cousin purchased the house in the 1940s and my father and uncle bought it from her in 1972. Since 2012, I've taken on renting the house and making annual improvements to update it while keeping it's vintage charm and our family memories.

What is special about this property?
Everyone says the best feature of the house is the front porch. We love to sit and talk, day or night. We have a large side yard which is perfect for children to play. In front of our house is the perfect place to teach young or old how to ride a bike. The dining room table can accommodate all guests and we've had many memorable family dinners there. There is ample parking and it is one block to the bus stop making it easy to get around the island.

What is special about your town?
East Chop is the perfect location, walking distance to town, but not crowded. Jetty Beach is very family friendly. And there is no better way to start the day by walking around East Chop, unless you are a Polar Bear! The back roads are conducive for younger children to develop their biking skills and get their first taste of independence.
