    A Truly Lovely Home in a Peaceful, Ideal Location

    This is a beautiful property in a wonderful location near Lagoon Pond. It's thoughtfully designed, impeccably maintained, and clearly set up with guests' comfort in mind. The hosts are warm, responsive, and genuinely care about providing a wonderful experience. Anyone staying here will be very lucky — it's a great find and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

    We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay in this very well-maintained home. Located in a very quiet area near the Lagoon, the rooms are spacious and immaculate, with oversize beds and spacious baths. It's near everything ! The owners are very attentive to our needs and are very accommodating and provide a house that is carefree.

    I stayed in this rental property with friends for a long weekend in early December 2025. Sue and Neal were wonderful hosts, answering any questions we had during our stay. The house was very clean and very welcoming. Things were well stocked, the house is nicely furnished, and the beds are comfortable. The location is great - peaceful and quiet neighborhood but close enough to town and water to enjoy everything the Vineyard has to offer. The house has good communal areas for meals and games, and also space to spread out and find privacy when you need it.     We had a really wonderful stay!

    This home is very welcoming and beautifully maintained, making our time there easy and stress-free.

    The hosts were pleasant and highly responsive to all of our inquiries and questions.

    The interior decor is in excellent condition and both the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, with all the necessary supplies.

    The location is extremely convenient, making it very easy to get around and enjoy the area.

    There was plenty of space for our family to relax comfortably, and the layout worked perfectly for both adults and kids.

    We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located vacation home on MVY.

    Our names are Neal and Sue and we are the homeowners of this property. We have been coming to Martha's Vineyard for many years both to visit relatives and to explore the Vineyard's exceptional offerings. We bought this home in the summer of 2025 because of its close proximity to the beaches, towns, restaurants, hiking trails and the opportunities to experience cultural activities and events. We have been making improvements and renovations to our home and are now excited to share it with others wanting to experience the Island.

    Neal has owned and managed rental properties for over 25 years. He places great emphasis on providing clean and well-functioning homes to his renters. He is a very handy homeowner who is extremely reliable, responsive and conscientious. Sue feels that providing a welcoming and comfortable home to vacationers makes their experience positive and memorable. She is communicative and resourceful. She makes sure the home is well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies and tries to make guests feel like they are in their own home.
    Both Neal and Sue feel a vacation should be as stress free as possible so that guests know they are valued and appreciated.
