We stayed here during school vacation week with our two kids and another couple with three kids, and the house worked out great for all of us. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were excellent, which made a big difference after busy days out.

We cooked breakfast every morning and made dinner at the house two nights. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed in terms of cookware and basics, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. There is one bathroom in the house, which worked for our group, and an outdoor shower that would be a great bonus in the warmer months.

The sunroom was my favorite space in the house. Bright, cozy, and a great spot to relax. Although the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the outdoor space much, it looked spacious and perfect for gathering outside in better conditions.

The location is a major highlight. It's within walking distance to downtown Oak Bluffs, the library, and several restaurants, which made getting around easy and convenient with kids. It was the perfect mix of a home getaway and prime downtown location.

Overall, it was a comfortable, well-located home that worked very well for two families traveling together. We will be staying again! show more show less
