We had the most wonderful time here with my girlfriends here.

This home is a true gem located perfectly close to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

What impressed us most was how thoroughly stocked and impeccably clean everything is. From linens to kitchen supplies to outdoor gear, someone could honestly move in tomorrow without needing a single thing. It's perfect for adults, families, kids, babies, and even dogs.

We would absolutely return. Thank you for the cleanliness, quality, thoughtful location, and the heart you've put into this space.

This is a fabulous little guesthouse just south of downtown Oak Bluffs. Easy to get in/out, walkable to downtown if you prefer, and the hosts were extremely responsive. The home is very clean and has everything you need! Extremely reasonable check-out requests.

Okay, we loved this place!
First off, the location is convenient we were close to everything, which made our days way easier. Whether it was a bike ride or a quick uber. We were in downtown Oaks Bluff in minutes. And the house? Cozy and charming, I never wanted to leave the enclosed patio. It really felt like a home away from home the second we walked in.

We came with our kids and our dog, and this place was perfect for all of us. It's super kid-friendly and stocked with all kinds of kid supplies, which was such a lifesaver. They had the comfiest dog bed that our dog didn't want to get off of. I know that sounds like such a small detail but it's those kinds of details that make a stay memorable.

The hosts are the real deal, so welcoming and quick to reply whenever we had a question. They thought of everything and even shared some great local tips and resources that made our trip even better.

We had the best time and thus might be a yearly thing for us. If you're looking for a comfy, welcoming spot that's great for families, this is it. Our kids for sure had an unforgettable trip and didn't want to leave. Thank you for having us, we will be back again.

It offered a peaceful and relaxing feel complete with with all beach essentials--towels, chairs, as well as pet friendly-- dog bed, bowls, etc. The solarium was an absolute delight, bright and inviting and totally opened up the living room space. Great private location, harbor and restaurants nearby and lots of stores and local attractions. Will definitely seek this place out on our next visit to the Vineyard.

The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The sun room is the show stopper for the house. We enjoyed being able to walk to Oak Bluffs center from the house. We rented bikes for the kids and they enjoyed riding back and forth on the dead end, safe street!

We had the loveliest stay at Casa Luca in Oak Bluffs! The home is so conveniently located to beautiful beaches, America's oldest carousel and has plenty of dining options nearby. Casa Luca had everything we needed for our family of 3 and are thankful for the pack and play, high chair and amenities for our 12 month old. The house was clean and the owners were very communicative. Can't wait to return! Thank you for the amazing stay!

Clarida and Flavio's place was so well situated between all the hot spots you would wantt o visit on Martha's Vineyard! The place itself is perfect for families and for preparing home cooked meals in the large kitchen. Our favorite was the beach chairs and beach towels the hosts provided for our days on the beach! We'll try to book again next time we're back on MV!

Clari and Flavio's place was wonderful! Super easy to walk into town and so many lovely touches around the house. I really appreciated how responsive they were as hosts.

Clari was always responsive and the house was very toddler friendly. We did not have to bring many essential things like pack n play, high chair, plates and utensil etc.. my toddler loves to play with the toys in the house and the sun room! Whenever I had questions, she responded in 30 minutes. The house is located in Oak Bluffs and all places we would like to go were 5-15 minutes away, which was perfect location with the toddler. Highly recommended this place!

This place felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was available. The house was close enough to everything but far enough to feel private. Coming back in 2 months.

We stayed there with our family. We had a wonderful time cooking on the grill and eating at the sun room! Everything was well considered and lots of toys for the kids.

Loved staying here! The location is great—super close to town and the beach, but still really quiet. That sunroom is amazing for morning coffee, and the outdoor shower was a huge plus after a day at the beach. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything, and it was awesome being able to bring our dog. Definitely has everything you need for a solid MV vacation. Would stay again

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days during April break- it was beautiful! We took the bus to Circuit Ave which was so easy (the kids loved it!). After shopping, flying horses, and ice-cream we walked back to the house- it's a great location. Highly recommend staying here- super comfy beds for adults, the kids loved the bunk beds. The sun room was just stunning to sit and have morning coffee/evening wind down time after a busy day exploring. The kitchen was well stocked and the shower had great water pressure. We loved having the washer/dryer in unit when traveling w small kids.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Luca! The home was perfect for our needs. The sunroom was our favorite room in the house - cozy and vibey! We had everything we needed for our weekend stay, and they even left us some snacks to welcome us with! There were plenty of extra towels and blankets. Would recommend these hosts and this home to anyone. 10/10

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Luca! This cozy cottage was everything we needed for a family trip to the Vineyard. The three bedrooms worked perfectly for our crew — the kids loved the bunk beds, and the adults appreciated having their own comfortable rooms. The sunroom was our favorite spot; we had morning coffee out there every day, before walking into town which is just a mile away. The location on a quiet, tucked-away dirt road gave us real peace and privacy. Clarida and Flavio were incredibly responsive hosts who made check-in completely seamless. We can't wait to come back!

We stayed here during school vacation week with our two kids and another couple with three kids, and the house worked out great for all of us. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were excellent, which made a big difference after busy days out.

We cooked breakfast every morning and made dinner at the house two nights. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed in terms of cookware and basics, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. There is one bathroom in the house, which worked for our group, and an outdoor shower that would be a great bonus in the warmer months.

The sunroom was my favorite space in the house. Bright, cozy, and a great spot to relax. Although the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the outdoor space much, it looked spacious and perfect for gathering outside in better conditions.

The location is a major highlight. It's within walking distance to downtown Oak Bluffs, the library, and several restaurants, which made getting around easy and convenient with kids. It was the perfect mix of a home getaway and prime downtown location.

Overall, it was a comfortable, well-located home that worked very well for two families traveling together. We will be staying again!

We stayed at casa luca for a weekend in Feb for a change of pace and to get out of the city. We had a blast! It was our first time doing MV in the winter (and at this house) and both were perfect for us (2 adults, 3 kids). The island is obviously much quieter in the winter, but that was fine - the house was cosy and sweet with enough beds for all of us and a big yard for the kids to run around in. It also has a gorgeous sunroom, which even in February had so much light. It was super near to the ferry, about a 10 min drive to vineyard haven, and walkable to the library, which was great for our kids. We'll definitely be back!
