This is a lovely ranch with three (3) bedrooms and two (2) full bathrooms. It is located within a mile of downtown Oak Bluffs near County Road.

There is a large rear deck with an outdoor shower. The house has a well equipped kitchen with new appliances and seating area. The living room is large with an additional dining area and lots of light.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bath. The two other bedrooms share the other bath which is in the hall. Laundry is located in the second bath.

The bike path and bus stop are 100 yards away.

    This is the summer home of Joni Primas and her brother Henry Primas. It has been in our family in 1969 when our parents decided to purchase a home and make Martha's Vineyard our summer home. Our family has been vacationing on the Vineyard since 1946 when our grandfather purchased a house. The family grew and all of our uncles and aunts moved to their own places.

    What is special about this property?
    This is a fun house. It provides a clean and safe space to sleep so you can spend the days enjoying all that the Vineyard has to offer. This is our summer house when others are not renting it so we named it after our mother, Sarah hence Sarah's Cottage.

    What is special about your town?
    Oak Bluffs is the town to be in. It is between Vineyard Haven and Edgartown. It has the game room for children and those who are children at heart. Everything is within walking distance with the bus stop being only about 100 feet from the house.
