On the first floor is the kitchen, den with smart TV, living room with ocean views, billiards room, half bath and laundry. On the second floor are 6 bedrooms with 9 beds and 3 full baths. The attic has 4 additional beds and full bath, and spectacular views of the ocean and the park.

The entire house and wraparound yard is available to all guests, with the exception of the neighboring cottage, which is rented separately. The cottage sits beside the house on the property and features kitchen, bathroom, bedroom w/ 1 queen size bed and living room w/ futon.
