Gather your family or group of friends on the expansive covered porch to enjoy the incredible sunsets over the lagoon as you watch the ferry come and go in the background. Cross the rolling back lawn down to the stairs to your own 150 FT of private beach for walking, swimming, or water sports (Kayak, SUP, Windsurfers available for rent in VH).

The home has a large open kitchen/dining area with a extended kitchen island, dining table to seat 8 comfortably, a cozy nook with daybed and a secondary seating area with a door leading out to the porch. There is a Samsung Frame TV in the dining area.<br /> <br /> The kitchen is fully stocked with all types of cooking equipment, spices and coffee makers (drip and espresso machines with whole bean grinder). Plenty of pantry storage.<br /> <br /> There is a home office off the dining area which can be open to capture the water views if you need a working vacation or can be shut if you want to forget about work during the stay. Office has an external monitor and printer so just bring a laptop.<br /> <br /> The living room has a wall of windows looking out to the water with direct porch access. The comfortable sectional and accent chairs surround a large coffee table to create the perfect spot to gather if the weather doeesn't allow for outdoor use. There is a large Samsung Frame TV above the fireplace for streaming tv or sports. In the corner is a game table for chess/checkers/backgammon and a well-stocked games chest for rainy summer days.<br /> Down a hallway with half bath, removed from the main rooms, are two King size ensuite bedrooms and a laundry room with acess to a back porch. The large Primary bedroom has incredible water views and an outrageously large walk-in closet with a makeup vanity. Well stocked with hangers and dressers to fully unpack. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and corner tub with views to the water. The bedroom features a king size bed, desk, large wall mounted TV and a corner chair with light for reading. <br /> <br /> The secondary bedroom across the hall has a king size bed, TV and ensuite bathroom (shower only).<br /> Upstairs are two additional bedrooms. On the water side is a third king size bedroom wtih TV and an ensuite bathroom (shower only). The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds with a dedicated hall bathroom with tub/shower combo.<br /> <br /> There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after coming back from the beach and a gas grill off the porch.<br /> Individually controlled heating/cooling in every room.<br /> <br /> The home is large and well laid out to give everyone a place to retreat and have some privacy but also many options for gathering spots when everyone wants to be together. And the water views! Amazing at any time of day and in any season! Fall and Spring are incredible. Winter is cozy and as the house is newly built and very well insolated<br /> This is a family home - well stocked with everything you could possibly need.
