Up the hill from Crystal Lake, in the quiet neighborhood of East Chop, the house has views of Crystal Lake, the Vineyard Haven Harbor and the Vineyard Sound beyond. Great for walks around the lake or to East Chop Light house. The house is on an half acre of land, there is a gravel area with a fire pit with chairs, large grass lawn for croquet, outdoor shower in the back and BBQ. The front porch was rebuilt in 2024, and has rocking chairs as well as a table with an umbrella and 6 chairs to eat outdoors. It is 0.8 miles to Jetty Beach, and half-way between Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs. The house has a lot of space, dinning area, TV area in the original living room, and a large additional living room with stone fireplace, and a glassed in porch in the front. Three of the bedrooms have 2 twin beds, and the fourth has a trundle bed fine that has a trundle bed that can be pulled out for toddlers (there is a pack-n-play in the closet of this room). The house has heating and air-conditioning, and a modern kitchen and bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer in the basement.
