The house is a perfect blend of comfort, convenience and relaxing decor. We especially loved the layout of the house that allowed each family member to feel as though their bed and bathrooms were private sanctuaries. The open design kitchen, dining and living room served as the family's common gathering spots. Relaxing and dining on the deck—which runs the entire length of the house—made dining outdoors each night special.
This was our second summer in this location but we hope it will not be our last.

This is truly a gem! We did not want to leave there! We loved our stay at this house this summer. The house is airy, clean and only minutes from downtown Oak Bluffs. The back yard is very spectacular. It was a real pleasure spending time out there. We were blessed to spot a bunch of deer a couple of mornings during our stay. We would love to come back next year, and we are praying that a slot will open up for our desired week. Joanne was a joy to work with and she made sure that our stay was comfortable. Joanne's home is beautiful and tranquil, as well as super clean. We were in the Vineyard for one week which included the beginning of the MV film festival. The home is centrally located to Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs, and Edgartown. Having 3 bathrooms really was ideal for 8 women, including the outdoor shower which was a nice touch as well. It really felt like we were at home, and there was enough space for each person to have personal down time if needed. The kitchen was large and roomy as well as the outdoor dining area as well. Thank you Joanne for a wonderful week in your beautiful, gorgeous, and family focused home. The description and picture does not do it justice. It is lovely, and welcoming. Our family enjoyed the gathering spaces especially the back yard and the porch. The extra living room was especially welcome for the children and the seasoned adults.The bedrooms are super spacious and comfortable. This was our first 10-day MV stay in 4 years and I'm thrilled I chose Joanne's home! She was super easy to deal with, accommodating and professional. This home is very comfortable and well appointed - having 3 1/2 bathrooms was ideal! Except for the lilliputian twin beds designed for small children, all of the other beds and bedrooms (King and 2 Queen) were firm and comfortable.. The home is centrally located for quick access to Edgartown and Circuit Ave... We really enjoyed the backyard's serenity and layout. show more show less

We just came back from 10 days at this property, and it was delightful. Very clean, comfortable, well decorated house with plenty of space for us and our five young kids to spread out and enjoy.

The kitchen is beautiful and easy and has everything you need. There are several comfortable indoor spaces for eating, playing games, watching TV and hanging out; bedrooms are nice and spacious and spread throughout the house so no one feels crowded; and the house has plenty of bathrooms, all very clean.

The outdoor space is fabulous- it is large and private and peaceful. We spent a lot of time in the yard and on the huge deck. The kids enjoyed playing basketball in the cul de sac and riding bikes through the neighborhood. We also brought a badminton set for the yard and played wiffle ball back there. The alpaca farm is just down the road, a fun activity for all.

This house is well located on the island. It’s not a far drive to any of the towns, and it’s not close enough that you feel congested with all the summer visitors. It was a peaceful retreat after days spent exploring the island and all the beaches and towns. The bike path is nearby and offers a scenic ride to some of the towns.

We had great weather, but we would have been just as happy spending days at the house had we been rained in at all.
