There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed, 1 with a set of twin beds, and 1 with a twin bed and a set of bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 full bath with a tub/shower combination and 2 sinks, the other is a 3/4 bath with a shower and 1 sink.
The home is located in the Stoneyhill Farms community. A quiet location about 2 miles from vineyard Haven. The community pool and tennis court are a short walk from the house.
You will have access to beautiful Lambert"s Cove Beach. Quite popular and one of the islands favorites!
Island bike trails can easily accessed without riding on a busy road.

    Perfect house in perfect location

    I have been summering on Island for 36 years, and like most I have seen the crowds take over, but this is a perfect get away, surrounded by conversation land, you do not see another house from the back deck.

    The house is well laid out, and nice and comfortable with the large fans so you can feel the night air, the kitchen is well stocked and the grill is ready for use!

    A great find!

    A Wonderful Anniversary Vacation...
    June 2024

    We stayed at this home for a week, early June 2024. We were revisiting the island for our 45th anniversary. The house was very clean and comfortable, located mid island, a short ride to the beaches, food stores and restaurants. We look forward to making more wonderful memories here in the years to come.

    Great place

    My wife and I came from Switzerland for a week on the Vineyard. Really nice! We enjoyed borrowing the bikes and exploring the island. It was my first visit and we will definitely be back, perhaps with another couple next year since there are three bedrooms. We cooked often at home and had everything we needed.
