Inside the front entrance is a large open living room with a comfortable L-shaped couch facing the floor to ceiling windows which look out onto the spacious tree lined back yard and a wall mounted flat screen television. Off the open concept living/dining room is a large Master bedroom and private bath. The master also has sliding glass doors which lead out to a nice deck with table and chairs. Also downstairs is a cozy bedroom with a trundle bed and a half bath. Adjacent to the indoor/outdoor dining area is the beautifully renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample cooking amenities. Open the sliding glass doors onto the furnished deck to enjoy drinks and meals al fresco. Upstairs is a landing overlooking the downstairs that runs between two more bedrooms each with their own sliding glass doors and second story deck space; one has a trundle and the other has a King size bed. There are A/C units that cool the entire house located in the living room, downstairs Main bedroom, and each bedroom upstairs. SORRY BUT NO PETS NO EXCEPTIONS.

The house is in an excellent location, central to Vineyard Haven and West Tisbury, with easy access to the bike trails which connect to each town on the island.

Interim cleanings required for any rentals over a week for a fee of $150.00
