Classic & secluded - central to beaches and bike path

Our family rented this home in West Tisbury and it did not disappoint. It is very modern and well kept. We loved the deck and huge backyard. The house is centrally located so it is easy to explore the island by car and not be far away from "home".

The owner David is very responsive and attentive. We definitely plan on returning.

This home over delivered on everything I look for in a rental: location, comfort, cleanliness.

We love renting in West Tisbury for access to the island's gem Lambert's Cove and being close to everything both up and down island. The house is in a peaceful setting with a large yard and is a quick walk to the island's bike trails which we took advantage of.

Inside the home we found everything we needed. There was plenty of room for my family to gather together as well as retreat to our private spaces (our party included 6 adults). Coming home each day to the glorious outdoor shower and dinner on the deck was truly a treat.

A very nice home with plenty of space for two families. David was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions I had. We enjoyed returning home for the day and gathering outside on the large deck for drinks and dinner. We actually saw a deer in the morning! I would return for another vacation here.

Our family of five rented this wonderful home for a week in August for the past two years. The house is modern and impeccably maintained with all of the amenities you need. We have three children - ages 7, 9, and 13 - and they all loved having their own rooms and a huge backyard for playing games or having a catch. The deck is spacious and seems brand new -- a perfect spot for meals and family games. The location is also incredibly convenient - close to Lambert's Cove, a school with basketball and tennis courts, and bike trails. And the owners are very responsive and helpful. The Summer of 2021 was the first time we vacationed in Martha's Vineyard and we feel so fortunate to have had such a fantastic experience in this fantastic home for the past two years. show more show less

My family rented this beautiful home in July 2021. We have 6 adults and 1 child. We loved the kitchen and backyard, aside from the beach that is where we spent most of our time. The yard is large enough for yard games. The house had family games, beach chairs and and toys. We purchased a pass for lamberts cove beach and went there most days. The beach is about a 5-8 mins drive. We would definitely recommend this house to others.
