This is a Sunday to Sunday rental, and ferry tickets are available to purchase from owner. Home comes with two beach cruiser bikes.

Expansive outdoor deck with al fresco dining area, as well as gazebo and outdoor shower. Backyard abuts conservation land. Kitchen features a gas stove, lots of counter space, and a cozy breakfast nook. Indoor dining table for 8. Living room features an oversized Crate and Barrel couch, smart TV and home library. Family room has a 75 inch smart TV and sectional couch.

Three ''work from home'' desks are available in the family room, master bedroom and guest bedroom. Master bedroom has private full bath. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor share a full bath. First floor loft bedroom has an adjoining full bath.

    My husband and I have owned a home in West Tisbury since 2006. We recently sold our original house and purchased this house in November 2022. The house was under renovation all winter, and we kicked off the season on Memorial Day with a new heating/cooling system, fresh paint, new furniture, etc. We have a large and active family, and are not able to spend the whole summer on the island that we treasure. We have been working with We Need a Vacation since 2006, making our home available to others on weeks that we were not able to be physically present on the island. This is a home....not your ''typical'' beach rental. We have tried to provide every amenity possible to make your island vacation as easy and comfortable as possible.

    What is special about this property?
    This home was designed to allow natural light to infuse the home through out the day. The home also has two seating areas with oversized, new sectional couches....just perfect to grab a book from the extensive in home library or watch some summer baseball on the two televisions. This home is very private, abutting conservation land. A compacted dirt road leads you to Long Point Beach, a spectacular property managed by The Trustees. Easy bike access to either the beach or the extensive bike paths around the state forest.

    What is special about your town?
    West Tisbury is known for Lambert's Cove Beach. Only West Tisbury residents and renters have access to this beautiful beach...spectacular sun sets and gentle surf ideal for small children. West Tisbury is also home to the twice weekly West Tisbury Farmer's Market and weekly Vineyard Artisan's Festival. Quick drive into Edgartown, Stop and Shop,
