First floor has four bedrooms: one with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and tub; three bedrooms share another full bath with shower and tub: one with king-bed, one with two twins, and one with two sets of bunk beds.

Upstairs is an open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen areas under cathedral ceiling and loads of light. Second floor also includes a playroom/pantry room and an additional guest bedroom with two twin beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Upstairs boasts a large deck with grill and seating. There are two porches downstairs, one in front with hammock and one in back with lounge chairs. A second dwelling, belonging to the owner, is also on the property, but completely separate from the main house.
