The Hummock Pond Road bike path runs right past the house, providing easy access to beautiful south shore beaches, Cisco Brewers, Bartlett’s Farm, 167 Raw, and Miacomet Golf Course and restaurant. The NRTA Wave has a shuttle bus stop a short distance away as well.

Enter the house via a mudroom with laundry and storage, leading to the kitchen which was renovated in the winter of 2022-2023. The kitchen includes new granite counters, refaced cabinets, new floors, and some new appliances. There is access off the kitchen to a side deck with gas grill.
