Waterfront property with magnificent views on exclusive Eel Point. Short walk to the beach. This property has served as a honeymoon spot for artists such as John Mellencamp... Bright and light summer home at the end of Eel Point Road. Overlooks acres of conservation land and the Nantucket Sound. Views of Madaket harbor as well. Enter into hallway with a bedroom straight ahead that has bunk beds, a bathroom with shower to the left. The kitchen is large and open to the dining room which has beautiful views of the beach. The living room has a fireplace and two seating areas, there is a sun porch with a day bed off of living room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms one is the master with king size bed and large private bath with jacuzzi tub and shower. The 2nd suite has a private shower, Flat screen TV, and a Queen size bed.

The property has a wrap around deck with two dining areas, a gas firepit, and 4 lounge chairs. Ideal for entertaining and summer ''Soires''. Every July/August rental includes midweek maid and cleaning service. The property offers 8 bicycles, 2 sea kayaks, and has an Internationally Federated Bocce court on the premises.

    We have stayed at this beautiful Eel Point property several times. It is beautifully maintained, well equipped, and the location is spectacular. There's a huge deck with a sunset view over the water (I think it is Nantucket Sound), a BBQ, a fire pit and two dining areas! The grounds are really lovey and the bocce court is lots of fun. The home's interior is spacious and contemporary with an open floor plan on the main level and a dreamy master bedroom suite upstairs! I highly recommend this vacation rental. show more show less

    Breathtaking Views, Clean, Just What I Needed.

    The property was gorgeous and all of the listing details were accurate. The house is a short walk to the beach and we had such an amazing time lying on the sand, reading, and enjoying the peacefulness of the island.
    The property was clean and well-maintained. My wife and I had friends over who stayed with us one night and it easily slept 7 including our kids. Getting our phones connected to the WiFi was super easy because of Fernando's terrific instructions which were presented immediately upon entering the house. The kitchen was an absolute delight to cook in and we shared several delicious meals with the freshest fish I have ever tasted. Pro tip: stop by the fish market on Hummock Pond Road. When we did dine out, Fernando provided some fantastic recommendations. Madaket Millie's is along the way on the bike path to Madaket Beach. Amazing Mexican food and delicious cocktails. We also had a lovely dinner at The White Elephant per Fernando's recommendation.
    All in all it was an amazing stay and I'm missing the island and the house very much right now. I will definitely look to rent this property again.     show more show less

    This is the quintessential Nantucket experience: breathtaking views, ocean breezes through every room, great entertaining space, and a luxurious master bedroom suite. With a short stroll to the beach, a huge deck for enjoying glorious sunsets and a top notch bocce court - we have our own private resort by the shore! We have been staying here for years- and we hope to come back again next season!
