Enjoy the village of Madaket which is located at the far western tip of the island. Best known for its stunning sunsets and quick access to summer fun, Madaket also offers a small market & Millie's Restaurant as a local dining alternative. Surrounded by the Harbor and The Creeks. Madaket's natural beauty is enjoyed by boating, fishing, scalloping, jogging and walking.

Wonderful house on an acre of land in Madaket. On the bike path and 3/4 mile to Millies/beach with the Wave bus close by. A long shell driveway to the private house with deck with BBQ.

First Floor: Open living room and kitchen with new Samsung Frame TV and Sonos. Primary bedroom with California king bed, high ceilings and two closets and en-suite bathroom. Ceiling fan. Closet off living room for storage.

Second Floor: The second bedroom has 3 single beds. There is a bathroom across the hall with a tub/shower. Second Floor: Large bedroom with three single beds, high ceiling and large closet. Bathroom across the hall with tub/shower. Ceiling fan and AC window unit. Bedrooms with Matouk, Company Store 600 thread count linens.

    My husband and I grew up outside of Bosotn and started vacationig in Nantucket in 2011 when our first child was born. We fell in love with the island and have been going for the past 15 years. We've finally bought our own house and love everything about it!

    What is special about this property?
    We've rented in all parts of the island but fell in love with Madaket. As soon as we saw our house we knew it was for us. It's on an acre of land down a long shell driveway and has lots of privacy. You're down the street from the famous restaurant Milly's where you can eat amazing mexican food and also see the sun set. We're on the bike path so easy access for our kids to go for bike rides. And, we're right near the Wave bus that goes into town.

    It's a great house for adults, but also for kids of all ages. Our kids are teenagers now and we love the freedom that Wave bus provides allowing them to go into town during the day and night. (It's free, reliable and safe!)
