This is a well equipped home with many high end updates, lovely decor and plenty of space for an extended family. Convenient Naushop neighborhood with access to pool and tennis.

We have just returned from our second stay at this lovely home. We have been visiting Nantucket Island for several years. Our last visit was in 2021 and we stayed at this property. We loved it so much that we chose to stay there again in 2023. In the past, we have usually chosen a different house with each visit, but this home fit our family very well. The newly remodeled kitchen is absolutely beautiful. The back yard is very private and has one of our favorite details, an outdoor shower (also newly remodeled this year). The location of Naushop is perfect as it is a convenient spot to get to beaches and town is not too far away. An easy bike ride. This house is beautifully decorated and the shed outside is full of helpful items for the beach. We highly recommend this home to anyone with a large family as there are several beds and nice rooms to relax in.

This house is everything you can imagine! Beautiful community/neighborhood, very quiet and peaceful. It is walking distance to Nobadeer beach, and 3 Scoops ice cream. It is also walking distance to the bus stop that leads you right into town. There is also a community pool, pickle ball and tennis courts and a playground. The backyard is perfect size and it is peaceful, perfect for morning coffee. The house size is big enough for 2 to 3 families easily. with everything, including a brand new kitchen, this house is perfect! highly recommend!

Our extended family, three children and their families (11 people) stayed in this beautiful home and enjoyed every minute of it. Everyone had their own en suite bedroom and every room was more than spacious. My daughter's young family loved the third floor suite, queen bed, two twins, a couch and play area and a bathroom. There is even a large, fully equipped office on the first floor. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking and it is open to the living room and dining room. Young and old enjoyed playing can jam and cornhole in the back yard. There is a large dining table outside, a gas grill and the obligatory outdoor shower (my adult children love it). An extra treat with this house is access to the community pool, which the grandchildren enjoyed; there are tennis courts as well. We have been renting on the island for a decade and this house is the best for our large family, highly recommend it. Lastly, Diane, the homeowner, is very responsive to any question or issue you might have, from initial rental through your actual stay.

Family friendly! My adult siblings and a few friends spent four fun filled days at this home and we all loved the house! Everyone had room to spread out, the kitchen and bathrooms were both very well equipped, the media systems were easy to use as well.

The location was perfect, we were able to rent and ride bicycles all over the island as we were close to many great areas, and had three shuttle bus options to access downtown easily.

The community pool was open and warmer than the air temp, not crowded at all! We took advantage of many of the amenities in the area and all enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at Diane's house during early September in Nantucket. We come to Nantucket almost every summer and have stayed in different areas on the island. We were delighted when we walked into Diane's house. It is clean, spacious and everything you need has been thoughtfully provided. The beds were comfortable,The linens were nice. The living room, kitchen and dining room provided plenty of space for our large family. Having modern bathrooms and kitchen added to the comfort. The neighborhood was quiet and nice for our kids to ride their bikes. Our children enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed playing tennis on the courts in the neighborhood. The bike path right outside the neighborhood allowed us to do many family bike rides to all parts of the island. Diane was very responsive and organized which always makes traveling a little easier. We were lucky to come across this home and will certainly keep it on the list for our future visits.

We have been spending a week in Nantucket every year for the past 10 years and have stayed in this house for the past 3 years. This house is easily the nicest one we have seen. It very comfortably fits two families, is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet is also very close to our favorite places to go in Nantucket.

There are two fundamentally great things about staying here - the house and the host. The house is spacious, clean, and very well appointed. The kitchen is large with tons of storage and plenty of amenities. It is a joy to cook in. The bedrooms are really comfortable. The living spaces are ample. Grownups can hang out in the main living room while the kids play board games on the 3rd floor. While the back yard is not large, it is great of grilling, eating, hanging out, and it has a wonderful shed that contains everything you need for trips to the beaches.

Our host Diane has set up the house with clear instructions, and clearly cares that everything in the house is in order. It has always been clean, bright and well-maintained. I think they even painted it recently even though there was hardly any visible wear-and-tear.

Perhaps the best part of staying in this home is just knowing that it is going to be a great experience with zero stress.

What a great house! From planning the trip to checkout Diane was very helpful. Her house is beautifully decorated and has every amenity you would need for a beach vacation. From coolers and beach chairs to two washers and dryers, this house is stacked to take care of your family comfortably for the week.

Nantucket is magical. It’s our favorite place to visit. The house is centrally located near the airport and Surfside Beach! There are tennis courts and a pool in the development. We already miss the house and ACK! We will surely return. Thank you for an amazing vacation!!!

We rented 88 Goldfinch for a week in September 2016 and found it to be a clean, spacious, and well provisioned home. The layout of the home is wonderful with a large kitchen, dining room, and family room on the first floor - perfect for entertaining. With 5 bedrooms and 4 and 1/2 baths - the house provided ample and enjoyable private space. The home was well provisioned with extra towels, kitchen implements, backyard furniture and grill, and beach chairs/umbrellas/coolers. The owner and caretaker were very responsive to every request (we needed extra keys and propane for the grill which were provided in less than 24 hours). We would definitely recommend this home for your vacation and would also definitely stay there again.

Well kept, contemporary property. Spacious, immaculately clean, modern amenities. Amazed at the extras of everything. Extra towels, bath and beach. Extra Bedding. Hangars! TWO sets of silverware. Tons of kitchenware. If you need something, you'll find it in that kitchen. (Except a wire mesh strainer, lol, nobody's perfect...I'll bet there is one somewhere and we didn't see it) Nice patio, table and chairs with shed full of beach supplies, excellent propane grill. Bike rack in back yard! Master en suite is a treat. Glass enclosed shower with massage jets. The owners really thought of every comfort. It's exactly what a larger group of people need when wanting to enjoy the island and not worry about what's needed at the house. The owners took that worry away. Oh, also, TWO sets of washer/dryers. Drying rack. Etc, etc, etc. Fantastic property, centrally located. You can get anywhere from here. We biked to Town, Madaket, Cisco, Surfside, and Siaconset from the house. We can't say enough nice things about the property, the ease of rental transaction and the owners. We know the island well, have stayed at other properties, and this summer was a real treat because of this particular property.

What a wonderful home for a vacation in Nantucket! This house is quite large with three stories and can easily fit several people. We stayed on the third floor which had a large open room and a private bath. The house has a very homey and lived in feel. It's extremely clean and well maintained with all of the necessities of staying in a house; towels, soap, plenty of kitchenware, washer/dryer, etc. There's even an outdoor shower! The kitchen is extremely spacious which is always a plus in my opinion, and there's also an outdoor grill.

This house is centrally located on the island and the downtown shops and beaches are a short drive away. The neighborhood is also on the bus route. Multiple bike rental shops within the downtown area in order to utilize the bike paths around the island. So many restaurants around the island with great seafood options and great views of the island/surrounding water.

We couldn't have been happier with this rental property! The home was beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable and well cared for. All the details were thought of by the owners. It was extremely family friendly too! We loved the central location near beaches, bike trails and town center/restaurants. The community pool and tennis courts were a bonus for our group. We would definitely return again to enjoy the Nantucket charm!

My family and I have been coming to Nantucket for the past 4 years, with our first year staying at this home. I was so pleased and surprised to see that it is beautifully appointed on the inside as well as the outside. The amenities are a lot more than what I could ask for in a rental home. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable as well as charming. The owners are very accommodating and will do anything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I have returned to this gorgeous house every year since our first stay. It is our home away from home.

Absolute Nantucket!!! We have spent several summers in Nantucket, always renting in Naushop because of its close proximity to the beaches, local food markets and town (it's also on the "shuttle" route, which makes it great for our teenaged kids). We found this property to be extremely well appointed, inside and out! From the generous sized and tastefully decorated living spaces and bedrooms, to the beautifully landscaped backyard, complete with a wonderful gas grill, large table and plenty of chairs...a perfect setting for an evening of "fresh" lobster from a local seafood market. After spending the day at one of the many beaches, we'd wash the sand off in the great outdoor shower and make our way into town for an evening of fine dining, or even casual fare...afterwards, exploring the many shops lining the streets of Nantucket. For those evenings we opted to stay in Naushop, we found the kitchen to be superbly equipped with everything one might need to prepare an Island "feast"...and then some! Kudos to the owner!! Absolutely a wonderful property...

All the rooms are large and beautifully decorated. If you like to cook, this kitchen is equipped to prepare a Thanksgiving meal. The house is located in a beautiful subdivision that has a community pool and tennis courts. You can ride your bike to the beach or take the shuttle bus. And if you like seafood, you have the best fish market about a block away. Enjoy!
