This was our fourth summer in a row visiting Nantucket, and our stay at this home was truly one of our favorites yet. We came with two families — 4 adults and 4 young kids (all 4 and under) — and the house was absolutely perfect for our group.

The home is beautifully designed with a clean, updated aesthetic that made us feel relaxed the moment we walked in. Everything was thoughtfully appointed, from the furnishings to the layout, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our 7-night vacation. The house felt spacious, comfortable, and welcoming for both adults and children.

One of the biggest highlights was the pool — it was a game-changer for our group and kept the kids entertained for hours. The outdoor space was just as lovely as the interior, and we spent plenty of time relaxing and enjoying meals outside.

The location was also ideal: tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful, but still incredibly convenient to town, the beach, and all of our favorite spots around the island.

Coming from Birmingham, Alabama, Nantucket has become such a special tradition for our families, and this home made this summer's trip extra memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, family-friendly home on the island. show more show less

We celebrated our daughter's 19th birthday along with her two sisters and her older cousin. The house, pool, neighborhood and location were perfect. Several trips to nearby coffee shops, Nantucket's grocery, and yoga spots made it very accessible. Rented bikes for everyone as well and made a number of trips into town and nearby beaches. We also rented a truck for part of the week to goto some of the slightly harder to reach beaches.

All around, amazing trip. House is perfect for a mid-size group and if you're traveling with kids, the upstairs has its own TV room which was nice after a day at the beach/pool/biking.

House was perfect for a long weekend getaway for Christmas Stroll! Very quiet location but super close to downtown and easy to get everywhere. Host is super easy to work with and very responsive.

The house was clean and well appointed! Pool was great and clean. Owners and caretakers very responsive.

Having rented on Nantucket for many years starting as a young married couple and each year adding more to the mix (children, grandparents, friends and families) we have stayed all over and seen it all. This will be the first time we ever rent the same house twice. No further review necessary haha!)

The house itself is perfectly laid out for a large family or two families vacationing together (two masters with en-suite bathrooms and a separate bathroom for bunk/twin rooms means no awkward convo about who sleeps where). The beds are all very comfortable so no complaints there either. Fully stocked kitchen and game closet (we will always remember Nantucket 22' as the summer we became addicted to blokus).

The location is great and central enough (of course it's Nantucket) and the beach plum community is amazing- having access to tennis courts, pool, and playground is a game changer!

The owner is kind, responsive and helpful-when we had to send our car back early because of the mess that is the car ferry we were able to rent her car on property very cheaply which saved our last day and a half of vacation :) Anyways, like I said- we will be back! show more show less

This property is spacious, beautifully decorated, and centrally located! Everything was sparkling clean upon our arrival. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We've stayed at several properties on the Cape and Islands, and this was one of our favorites!

We had a great time at this home on Nantucket. The home is welcoming, relaxing and in pristine condition. Short drive to town and easy to bike around. Loved it, will be back!
